(Harry)
I awoke to the most obnoxious noise ever.
"Wake the bloody hell up!" I was hit a few times with a pillow until I finally acknowledged the person.
"I'm up! I'm up! Liam, I'm up!" I placed my hands in front of my face protectively.
"You're phone has been blowing up for the past half-hour and it's F-ing annoying."
"Who is it?" I yawned and took a long stretch and then climbed out of bed.
"Some girl. Nobody important."
"Then ignore it?"
"Well, I suggest you get dressed because your fridge is empty and I keep telling you that now that we live together you can't let the fridge get empty. If you want to starve yourself, that's fine by me. But no way in hell are you going to make me starve to death because you can't remember to restock your bloody fridge. This is why I moved in in the first place. You can't function without me. And another thing. You can't keep going around and messing with random girls and having meaningless relationships anymore. It's not nice and frankly, Hazzy, mate, it's not healthy." I left the room and slammed the door in his face before he could follow me.
"Hey! I'm only trying to help you!" He yelled through the door. Then he opened the door and continued to talk to me as he followed me into the kitchen.
"Li, would you leave me alone?"
"Absolutely not. You lost Louis, I get that. At the same time you lost Anthony. I also get that. Then you lost Olivia and I feel for you man, I really do. But that doesn't mean it's the end of the world." I just looked at him as if he were stupid.
"Olivia was the only person that I could move on from Louis with. Now that she's gone, I have nobody."
"That's not true. Harry, you have me."
"I'm sorry to say this, mate, but that's just not enough for me."
"The only reason that Olivia left you was because of your drinking. I'm sure if you quit drinking, or atleast quit drinking as much, she'd take you back easy."
"I doubt it, and even if she would, I don't know how to stop. I'm too sad to stop."
"I can help you."
"Fine. If you can help me then I'll try."
"That's all I'm asking, mate."
If it was an easy thing that he was asking it would be different. But what he was asking me was a very difficult thing to do. I was sweet, and full of compassion when I met Louis. After that, I was a pleaser and a bit scared of him. Now that Lou and I separated, I'm a mess and I hate myself even more. I'm not a very nice person and I've been sleeping with random people. This has got to stop, but how?
"Are you even listening to me, Hazzy, mate?" I stared confused at Liam.
"I'm sorry, I didn't hear what you said." I looked sheepishly at the ground.
"I said, we need some more groceries and I'm forcing you to come shopping for them." I groan.
"Why can't you do it on your own?"
"That's what she said." He smirked.
"Dear, god, Liam. Seriously? You're disgusting. Also, maybe that's what he said too." He rolled his eyes.
"Remind me to never make a 'that's what she said' joke ever again."
"With pleasure." I grinned. I hate those stupid jokes.
"Well, I'm driving, so you better not backseat drive." He left to the car.
"That's the thing that you do, Liam!" I called after him.
************
"No, no, no! Harry, have you ever done grocery shopping in your life?"
"As a matter of fact, I was the shopper in the apartment." I crossed my arms over my chest; insulted.
"They were too kind to you, mate."
"Why? I think that these are actually really good."
"Those are absolutely disgusting and not even healthy."
"Well, it's pizza, and all pizza is good."
"That's not true at all."
He's right. Louis used to tell me that pineapple on pizza was disgusting but Anthony always loved it.
"Well, most pizza is good then."
"Fine. You can buy it with your money."
"That's fine with me."
So we continued to shop for groceries until we filled our carts and exhausted ourselves. Louis was always the better grocery shopper. I miss him.
