40| Types of Readers

So this isn't really a rant, it's something a little bit different. Because you're all so awesome.

Some of these may or may not be based on some observations on the comments on this book;)

But the more I interact with wattpad readers, there's certain behaviors or trends that one can notice, and I took the task upon myself to note these fuggers down.

Shall we begin?

1. The Ghost

This is obviously the readers who read your book but NEVER comment or vote or leave any trace of themselves, so they were never there. Like what's up with the silence, ya?

Or maybe they just don't have wifi.

2. Too Lazy To Comment

This is pretty self-explanatory (lol I've always wanted to use that word). These are the readers who actually vote and stuff, but never comment or do anything like that

Why u so lazy tho

3. The Emotionally Attached

So basically there's always that one person who gets emotionally involved and/or attached to characters in a book.

Even though this rant book hasn't got any main characters or whatever, there are still those emotional commenters who 'catch' feelings lol

Most of their comments are like

OMG DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT OKAY QUENTIN IS MY LOVE

and well, I sit on my bed wondering what the hell I said to make them turn on their caps lock (and their feelings) haha

4. The Randoms

You will find that their profile picture appears x20 on your notifications - saying that they've commented all these times on the SAME CHAPTER

Like they will literally comment on every single sentence

And the funny thing is, around 90% of these comments have NOTHING to do with the chapter

It's like, did you read what I just wrote? Because they'll be talking about some random ass thing that came out of nowhere, but they're so random it's hilarious

Like what would my life be without these poems about cows ;)

5. The Take-Everything-Seriously

These ANNOYING ASS individuals who always feel the need to give a critique or leave serious comments all the time

Here they are, to tell you that you wrote 'the' as 'teh'.

Like look, okay, I know I have spelling mistakes and typos, but it's never that serious

loosen up your tie a lil' bit!

6. The Fan Club

So like my heart always skips a beat when I see someone with a username like 1DisMyLife because I know that THIS IS THE ARMY

Like these guys will STICK UP for their mains

As in, you need to be afraid. Because they will come at you in numbers if you dare insult their god (Harry Styles or something).
