(AT ALCOTT UNIVERSITY)
(TARREN) Now that school has started back, Mom and Dad and Carly's parents have all pitched in to help babysit Jax. Even Tyler has been helping babysit. He was upset when he came by the other day. He told me that Sasha had announced to the whole school that her and Jase were expecting. I know that fucked with his head. It felt like he wanted to tell me something but he didn't. I'll get it out of him sooner or later. He can't hide it forever.
I'm glad my psychology class is over with. This class is very fucking stressful.
I met up with Carly outside
"You ready to go?", she asked
" Yeah."
"Don't forget we gotta stop by your Mom and Dad's to pick up Jaxson."
"I didn't forget about our prince."
We got in the car and headed back to Westpoint
When we got there we went to my parents house
We got out and we walked up to the door
I still have my key
I unlocked the door and opened it
When we got in Mom was watching Maury while Jax was in his bouncer taking a nap
"How was school kids?", asked Laura
" Psychology class was a bitch. I'm just glad to be home."
"Tarren watch your language."
"Yes ma'am."
Damn I keep forgetting
"Where's Dad?"
"He had a meeting with a client. I think he's gonna take the case he was talking about the other night. He thinks the girl can get off due to the fact that it was self defense."
"And Ty?"
"He's with Jason and his friends. They went to the park or something. He said he'd be back before dinner."
"Speaking of dinner, what pray tell did you prepare?"
" I'm cooking a roast with potatoes smothered in gravy, collards, cornbread, fried corn, and banana pudding for desert."
"That settles it. We're staying for dinner."
"You know you can. This is still your home as well."
Mom is the best. I don't know what I'd do without her love and support
"Carly come help me in the kitchen. Tarren stay here and look after Jaxson."
"Yes Mrs. Laura."
Mom grabs Carly by the hand and leads her to the kitchen
Life is so good right now
I hope it stays this way forever

(TARREN) Thank God Mom (with help from Carly) are finally finished cooking. Me and Jax have been watching Black Ink Crew.

"Is Mom through cooking yet? I'm starving.", asked Tyler
