CHAPTER 30: GARY VS. JASE

(AT LISA AND JEFF'S)

(JEFF) It's been a few weeks since Lisa's so called "wreck". She's slowly getting back on her feet. She's been walking on crutches, but that hasn't stopped her from doing anything she wants to do. She's​ even started back driving. I didn't think that would happen so soon, but I was wrong.

Me and Jase looked at the tapes and the person who broke into Lisa's car was dressed in all black (they had on a mask to hide their face) , but we're pretty sure it was Gary who tampered with her breaks. I haven't told Lisa yet. I promised myself I would tell her as soon as she's fully healed.

I hate all these secrets I'm hiding. Winston and Jamison's murders, Jase being drugged/raped, and now her accident. I'm a horrible husband. I'm​gonna tell her soon as she bounces back. Telling her all this would be a setback for her.

Jase told us last week that Sasha is having a boy. Too bad she won't be able to enjoy him cause as soon as she gives birth, he's gonna be ripped right out of her arms. Everything has already been taken care of. We're just sitting back waiting patiently.

Jase and Tyler took the kids to Fun World. I think Cameron, Tommy, Melissa, Rocky, and Chuck went as well.

Right now I have the house to myself. Lisa is out with Tracy, Mom, and Belinda. They all went to the nail shop to get mannies and petties. I'm certain they're​ going shopping as well.

I'm catching up on "The Young and the Restless" on this quiet Saturday afternoon. Victor and Nick are at odds. Summer and  Phyllis are at war over Billy. This is some gritty ass drama. It reminds  me of my own life.

The kids are out for Thanksgiving break. And I'm off work for the week. This should be a crazy and fun filled week. I just hope this Thanksgiving isn't like last year's debacle.

Belinda had to change her reopening again due to Lisa's accident, but it's definitely going to happen tomorrow. I don't know why she chose a Sunday, but it's fine. That's why they're getting all dolled up.

Women.... I'll never fully understand them but I can't live without them.

(AT HILLSIDE MALL)

(TARREN) I told Carly that I was going to the store, but I lied.  Me and Jaxson came to the mall to get something for Carly. I'm not gonna give it to her until Thanksgiving. She's gonna be shocked as hell when I give it to her.

After I got through getting what I was getting Carly, I saw Mrs. Lisa, Tracy,  Mrs. Belinda, and Mrs. Stephanie leaving the nail shop.

"Tarren come here right now.", said Belinda

"Yes Mrs. Belinda."

"Oh my he is so handsome. What's his name?", asked Belinda

"Mrs. Belinda, Tracy, Mrs. Stephanie, and Mrs. Lisa, meet my son Jaxson Tareen Hall."

"It's so nice to meet you Jaxson. I'm Belinda."

Jax grabbed Mrs. Belinda's hand and started laughing.

"He is so adorable. I loved it when my Tanner was a baby. Makes me want another baby", said Tracy

"Are you Brian thinking of having another one?", asked Lisa

"We've talked about it. We're still deciding. If we both agree, we're gonna give Tanner a lil brother or sister."

Jaxson jumped out of my arms and right into Mrs. Belinda's​. He doesn't do that pretty often. He only does that when Mom talks to him.
