The girls barrelled into the room, and were met with an extraordinary sight. Ari lay on the bed, the blankets wrapped loosely around her legs as though she had rolled around and around. A faint glow emanated from her body, and every few moments she would shift or jerk.
"We have to help her!" Ari cried out suddenly, her eyes opening wide. Before the girls could do anything, her eyes had rolled up into her head and she flopped back onto the bed.
"Lucia, help us, what do we do?"
"You have to go into her mind."
"How?"
"Send your thoughts to her, just like you do with telepathy. Then, when your thought reach her mind, you enter it using the chain of thoughts."
So thy closed their eyes, projecting their thoughts towards Ari. As their messages reached her mind, they entered, almost crying out at the sight.
Silver-haired Arianrhod stood before a dark-haired girl. She wore a long black dress that swirled around her, floating mere centimetres above the ground. Her long black hair drifted over her shoulders, floating down her back. She ran a pale hand through her long locks, her dark eyes capturing the gaze of the girls. Her bright red lips formed a wicked smile, and her voice was like sugar-coated poison.
"Hello darlings. We finally meet."
"Who is she?" For the first time, Nam was standing behind Ari.
"That, is Nerezza."
Nerezza rolled her eyes and her mood immediately changed. She licked her lips and smiled. "I might not be able to kill you in your dreams, but I can make you squirm, just like dolls." There was a bright flash of light, then I leapt from the gem and stood before her. As the light died down she screamed and jumped back. "Don't ever do that again! And how are you here?"
"This is a dreamscape. I can appear in any dream or dreamscape. Duh. Now, what were you saying about making these girls 'squirm like dolls'?"
Nerezza stepped back, preparing to run, but suddenly iron chains wrapped themselves around her wrists and ankles, holding her in place.
"Leave," said Ari, walking up to her, "and never come back." Then the chains vanished, and Nerezza disappeared along with them.

The girls crowded around Ari, watching her lay still. As they began to get worried, she swallowed and opened her eyes just the tiniest bit. A faint smile spread across her face, the she fell back to sleep, and the other girls returned to their rooms.

Since everyone was still tired from the night before, they decided to just walk around and muck about. However, as they were walking past the river that cut through the middle of town, they heard a rustle in the bushes. The girls all stepped back, but suddenly the boy that had stared at Nam popped out. "Hi. Um, uh... Hi." He looked at Nam, his blue eyes sparkling.
"Hi. My... My name's Nam. Who... Who are you?"
"I'm Zakin. I... I'm visiting this town and when I saw you I, um... Well, I..."
"It's okay." Nam walked up to him, took his hand. "I, I think I get it."
"Do you... Do you want to, um, go out with me?"
"Zakin, I would love to, but I can't. My friends and I are backpacking, and... I'm really sorry."
"Nah, it's okay. I get it."
"Hey Zakin?"
"Yes?"
"Before you go, before we go our separate ways, can I get a goodbye kiss?"
"Of course."
As Zakin kissed Nam, he raised his hand, revealing to the other five claw-like nails. Then, before the girls could do anything, he plunged his claws into Nam's chest. Nam pulled back, a silent gasp escaping her gaping mouth. Zakin ripped his hand from Namaka's chest, throwing her heart into the bushes. Blood gushed from the gaping hole in her chest and dribbled over her lip. Zakin threw her limp body towards the river, her body making a splash as it hit the water. The three girls rushed forward, screaming Namaka's name, while Zakin laughed at his victory.
