"Oh shi-!" Bang.

"Mind your language, Nerezza." Fly smirked. Nerezza rubbed her jaw where the giant fist made of earth and rock had slammed it hard.

"Two can play that game, bit-!" Bang.

"Language, Nerezza!" The massive fist again.

"Two can play that game, freak."

"Better."

"Yaargh!" A giant hand made of darkness shot up from the ground, slamming into the green hand. Fly went flying. She hit the ground on her back, her whole body shaking. Then the giant earth hand sunk into the ground and came back up under her, lifting her out of harm's way. Another hand lifted the other three, before lowering them onto the first. There they stood, firing their elements at Nerezza.

Ari sat in the palm of the hand, staring at her own hand. Or rather, the Ringette. It began to feel warm. She knew what was coming.

A great shot of darkness hit the earth wrist, and it crumbled back into the ground. The girls fell towards the hard floor below, but Nam held out her hands, catching them. The three Elementors held out their staffs again, the gems touching and a burst of white light hit Nerezza. She was infuriated.

"I've had enough of this! Prepare to die!" She shot out a psychic pulse. Ari managed to hold the majority of it back but it forced her to her knees, screaming. The other girls were thrown backwards. They were knocked unconscious, and they changed out of their Elementor forms.

The three girls were laying on the ground: still, motionless. She was unsure whether or not they were dead. She was on her knees, clearly in pain. She looked up, screaming silent words, her silver hair matted with blood, both black and red. She looked up, screaming silent words at a dark figure who loomed over her. Her silver-white Ringette was glowing faintly in the darkness that came only when dark clouds covered the sky. The figure laughed silently, then raised her pale hands above her pitch-black hair. A ball of dark flame roared into life between them. She forced her hands downwards, the flame flying out towards the girl then...

"It's happening... Wait, I've got no blood on me." Ari's voice was barely a whisper.

As if having heard her, Nerezza said "you look a little pale. Perk up!" There was a dull crack as Nerezza's fist connected with Ari's nose. Blood began to trickle. Before she knew what she was doing, she punched back. She dragged her blood-covered fingers through her hair. Red and black matted into the silver.

"Stop it, airhead. Let's just get this over with."

Ari attacked Nerezza's mind, but she just laughed.

"You might be stronger than me in here," she tapped her head, "but out here, I rule!"

She looked up, screaming silent words at a dark figure who loomed over her.

She was screaming. At a dark figure. At the dark figure.

"Come on, Ari. Say goodbye." She raised her hands high, a dark ball forming.

A ball of dark flame...

The Ringette began to glow.

"What's that?" Nerezza faulted.

"My Ringette. We all have one. They help with our powers."

"You won't need that soon!" Nerezza yanked off the Ringette. Ari felt a surge rush through her body. She looked up.

"You're going to regret that."
