"Hmm, Wala bang... magsasalita?" Pagputol ni Daphne sa katahimikan.

Napatingin naman agad ako kay Spencer and to my surprise nakatingin din sya sakin.

"Let us just talk about the project." suhestiyon ko.

"What are your ideas? How can we renovate the resort?"

Professionalism, yun lang ang nakita ko habang tinitingnan ko sya. It looks like trabaho lang talaga ang ipinunta namin dito sa resort.

"Base on my findings, boredom and typical resort lang ito noon kaya nalugi at hindi na pinupuntahan." I paused.

"Hindi naman siguro mabigat kung gagawa tayo ng mga bagong programs?"

"Katulad ng?"

"Anything that will make this resort unique!" I waited for approval.

"It's a good idea but let us consider the time we'll consume." paalala ni Spencer sa lahat na agad ding tumango.

"Time is important, we can lose if it's too late." then he stares at me. My heart skips a beat.

"I mean we can lose with the other competitors who are currently doing good in the business. We're not just here to save the resort but to make it on the top list."

Di ko na inayos ang gamit ko dahil 2 days lang kaming mananatili dito, bukas para libutin ang resort para malaman din namin yung space na pwede pa at kung ano pang mga problema. The next day ay pupuntahan naman namin ang katapat na mini island kung saan pwede rin namin gamitin for the new programs.

"Loise, I just got a call from the company, I need to go back there as soon as possible."

"What for?"

"There seems to be a problem in the Finance Department, someone is trying to penetrate the shares."

"Malaking problema yan, shit!" Nagisip muna ako sandali, kaya ko naman ihandle mag-isa ang project na to so pwedeng di ko na isama si Liam.

"Okay! You can go. I can handle this project."

"Are you sure?"

"Yup, besides the company really needs your guidance." I smiled at him at inabot ang passport nya. I don't know kung bakit nasa akin haha!

"I will give you updates when I get there."

It's already 12:00 noon ng maisipan kong lumabas dahil kumakalam na sikmura ko. "Hungry?"

"Shit!" napatalon ako sa gulat ng makita ko si Spencer sa labas ng kwarto ko. He's wearing a Hawaiian shirt and above-knee fitted shorts. It is simple yet looks hot on him.

"May ipinahanda akong lunch for us, nakakahiya naman kung di ko pakakainin mga co-workers ko." Hindi na ako nakasagot ng nagsimula na syang maglakad kaya sumunod na lamang ako.

Dumaan kami sa hilera ng mga kwarto bago kami napadpad sa isang restau, "Wait, just the two of us?"

"Yup?"

"Sila Daphne?" tanong ko, hindi na ako mapakali isipin palang na sabay kaming maglalunch.

"Bothered? Kanina pa silang 11:00 nag-lunch, sila naka-assign sa inspection diba?"
