minhee blinked her eyes open to face a chest that was breathing up and down. she pried her eyes open wide and immediately got up from the bathtub, letting out a yell.
"what the h-"
"minhee?" jeongguk muttered groggily as he sat himself up in the bathtub. "oh, good morning wifey,"
"d-did we... did we?!"
jeongguk laughed. "no, relax. you just got tired and asked me to cuddle with you. you're really cute when you're sleepy, you know,"
minhee relaxed and threw her head back, accidentally hitting the tiled wall hard.
"ow!"
"woah!"
"minhee?"
minhee perked up at a familiar voice, clutching her head.
"minhee, are you here?"
"jin? is that you?"
"yeah!"
"is she here?" another voice asked.
"where are you?"
"in the bathroom!!"
"oh she might be doing her--" the second voice said.
"namjoon, no i'm not! can you get us out of here?"
"us?!"
"yes, jin, a friend and i are stuck in here." she shouted back.
jeongguk gleamed at the word "friend".
the broken handle started to shake as the door bursted open, revealing two men staring down at minhee. she stood up and dusted herself and smiled at them
"oh hi honey! we missed you!" seokjin gushed, hugging her.
"we thought we might pay you a visit," namjoon said and hugged her as well.
"yeah, i was gonna call you last night, but this happened."
seokjin put a hand on his hip. "you got stuck in here with, oh is this your friend?" jin looked at jeongguk with a smile.
"yeah,"
"h-hi," jeongguk said shyly, giving a grin and stood up.
"woah, woah, woah, did you guys like bang or something!?" namjoon exclaimed, earning the attention of minhee and jeongguk. "wow! my innocent daughter has grown so much!!"
"namjoon, it's not like that!!!" minhee yelled, trying to push namjoon out of the door.
"daughter...?" jeongguk asked, furrowing his brows.
minhee looked at jeongguk and stopped pushing namjoon.
"oh yeah,"
minhee adjusted her glasses.
"jeongguk, these are my dads."
--
"i swear s-sir, we're just friends," jeongguk stuttered.
"no need for sir, i feel old. just call me seokjin." the broad-shouldered man said, pouring the green tea and settled a cup in front of namjoon.
"that's too bad, i kind of wanted minhee to have a boyfriend at this age. she's probably the only person in her friend group that hasn't been in a relationship. she's quite lonely, y'know," namjoon said, sipping his tea.
"hey! you didn't meet jin until you were twenty-two!" minhee argued.
"okay, but that's different."
"not really!!"
"minhee, have you made any other friends though? has she made friends?" jin asked jeongguk.
"why are you asking him!?"
"i don't think so," jeongguk said, smiling.
"hey! i have more friends than you'll ever have in a lifetime!" minhee exclaimed.
"that's mean!"
"don't deny it!"
seokjin laughed. "there she goes again. she's quite a feisty one when it comes to arguments. our nickname for her is flamethrower."
jeongguk cocked his head to the side. "why?"
"'cause she spits fire," namjoon said simply, setting his tea cup down.
"one odd nickname, sir. do you have any other nicknames for her?"
namjoon thought for a minute. "well there's the classic minhee mouse... min-min, mimi, what else?"
"you're forgetting minty," seokjin stated.
"minty! oh that'll be a story to tell how she got that nickname!!" namjoon yelled excitedly, starting to engage jeongguk and embarrass minhee.
