Big Mistake

Jin's POV:

  "Hi. My name is Lilly." Damn she's cute. I never thought I would have a girl for a roommate. Maybe she's not that bad. She did get scared when she saw me. I hope she's ok with having me as a roommate. But what will the other guys say? I was planning to bring them over in a few days. Maybe they'll get along.

I looked around the room and saw that all her stuff was on one side probably because she was expecting a girl for a roommate. "Oh, I see you left space for me." She looked back and her face instantly dropped. "Your kidding right? Your sleeping in the other room! I didn't know you were going to be a guy!" "But I was planning to make the other rooms game rooms for me and my dongsaengs." "Well you could make the guest room a game room but your definitely not sleeping in here! My brother would be mad enough if he knows I have a guy for a roommate but if he sees we're sleeping in the same room he will kill you and be mad at me!" I noticed she's only mentioned her brother and not her parents. Does she not like to talk about them? I sighed "Alright I'll sleep in the other bedroom." I left the apartment to get my suitcases and I had brought them back to the apartment and started unpacking in the room that was next to hers. After I was done I went to Lilly's room and when I walked in she already had put stuff on the other side of the room. "Hey um I'm going to go grocery shopping. You want to come to get some stuff maybe? Or do you have everything?" I saw her think for a while before she said she'll come along and she got her phone and wallet.

  We walked out of the apartment and she started walking to her car and I started walking to mine. "Where are you going I'm driving." She said. "I want to go in my own car though." "Well I'm not going with you if I'm not driving." "I told you that you can trust me. I would never hurt you." "I can't trust you until you prove it." "Well I can prove it if you let me drive you." She hesitated before heading over to my car and getting in the passenger seat.

  The drive to the grocery stare was quite and also when we were in the grocery store. I decided to make dinner tonight and I saw Lilly grabbing a bunch of ramen noodles. "You don't know how to cook?" I asked her. "Yeah, I do. My brother tells me I'm a good cook and I think I'm good at it but I've never had someone else opinion." I noticed again she didn't mention her parents. "Well I would love to try your food. And if not then I could cook dinner for us tonight. I always cooked for my dongsaengs. I'm like the mother of the group so I'm used to cooking a lot." "Well I guess I could cook dinner tonight." She said shrugging. She put the ramen noodles away and grabbed a few extra things before we went to the check out and payed for the stuff.

  We loaded the car with the groceries and got in. I started the ignition and drove out of the parking lot. I didn't really want this to be awkward like last time so I tried to make small talk. "So why did you get an apartment?" "I'm going to go to Seoul University and I live about 3 hours away so I wanted to be closer." "Wow. You must be smart then." "Thanks." She said slightly and blushing a little. Aww she's even cuter when she blushes. "Why did you get an apartment over here?" She asked. "Well me and my dongsaengs work on music so I came over here to be closer with them." "Wow. That's cool. You must have a nice voice then. I guess I was to scared to notice it when you first walked into the apartment." She said laughing a little. "Thank you." I said smiling. "If you don't mind me asking, why do you never mention your parents? When you got scared you said you would call your brother and the cops. And when I asked about your cooking you only said your brother and you." I noticed she looked kind of said and I said quickly, "I'm sorry I was just wondering. You don't have to tell me." After a while she went on, "My parents were business people and they traveled a lot. One time they went to America but when they came back there plane crashed. Ever since then it's just been me and my brother." "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." After that the rest of the car ride was silent.
