A Wacky Thanksgiving

Lilly's POV:

  After the breakfast madness we decided to take a little break and just chill in the living room. The guys played games on the ps4 that they had brought from back home while I just sat on the couch playing games on my phone. I could hear the boys laughing and yelling as they play and the occasional crackling of the fire from the fireplace.

  After about 10 minutes of just sitting down I started to get bored and thought of what to do to spare some time. I looked around and saw the glass sliding door which led to the outside. I thought of doing a little exploring so I ran up the stairs and threw on a winter jacket that I found in my suitcase. Thank god for Jin packing everything I needed.

  Once I put some boots on and a scarf to keep extra warm I went back down and passed the living room, going out to the backyard. The boys were to occupied to notice I came out here.

  It wasn't snowing at the time but I could tell it snowed last night. There was freshly new snow laying on the ground. I looked around the porch area, finding a sitting area that surrounded a fire pit. On the other side there was a hot jacuzzi. Oh~ I'm definitely going it that later.

  There was some plants and decorations around the porch also. I walked down the porch and noticed there was the woods behind the house. I looked back inside the house to see the boys still busy, still not noticing I was out here. I smile a bit and start heading into the woods.

  While I walked I could hear the birds chirping in the distance, the tree leaves swaying with the winter wind. It was calming, very relaxing. Although there were only trees and small bushes for probably miles away it was a nice scenery.

  As I walked more into the woods I noticed an area that looked unusual. Curiosity took over me and I started walking towards the place. Once I reached it, I realized it was an open space, the trees forming a circle. Inside the circle was a bench at the other end, facing towards me. It was a beautiful bench though. On the backboard had a heart carved into it. Someone must have carved it in when they stayed at this cabin, but they usually put the initials of the two lovers. This just had a carved heart.

  My attention goes towards the bottom of the benches on the floor when I spot two white roses with specks of red on them. There's one on each side of the bench. I don't think I've ever seen a rose like that before...

  I walk towards them and crouch down next to one, my fingers lightly tracing the petals. As I was admiring them I hear something deep within the woods. Like a branch had cracked. As I stood up looking around I had noticed I had gone a bit to deep into the woods because the cabin was no where in sight. Oops...

  Again, I hear another branch crack, then the sound of footsteps. My heart starts pounding, adrenaline rushing through me. I was ready to start running at any moment. More footsteps. I looked I to the direction where I was heading them but then they suddenly stop. Just as I was about to make a run for it, I feel someone grab my shoulders. I let out a shriek and without thinking I elbow the person that's behind me as heard as I can and start running for my life back into the direction of the cabin, hearing the person fall and groan in pain.

  I finally made it back to the house, running back into the house and locking the door. I found myself panting and I felt hot since I wore heavy clothing. I took of my scarf and jacket, only having a long sleeve on with pants. "There you are. We were looking for you." I hear Jungkook say and then come into sight, followed by everyone else. "Why are you panting?" Mark asked worriedly and came beside me. "Wait, where's Jin?" I heard Jr. ask. "What do you mean?" I slowly asked, looking at them. "He went out to go and look for you?" Jimin mentioned. "He went out there..?" I repeated, pointing my finger out to the woods, Jimin slowly nodding his head. My eyes grow wide, realizing what I just did...crap.
