Suhoor or Sehri is a term used for the food taken before a muslim starts fasting!

It is said that we should have something before we start our fasting.

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Eat Suhur (predawn meal). Surely, there is a blessing in Suhur."

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
