A Month After The BreakUp Part 2

Day by day you were finding your strength. You kept yourself busy from thinking about Niall as much as you could. You came to the point where you just wanted to let go & pretend you never knew Niall and pretend that what you guys had wasn't real. It was just a figment of our imagination. That's all you wanted to believe. Believing that made the burden light to bare.

Mya had just left your house. You guys talked about a whole bunch of random things. You were happy that she didn't bring up anything about Niall. You hate talking about it. You hate knowing that you put your all into someone, & they had the power just to crush you like that.

You decided to go finish off the wine that you had bought the other day. Drinking numbs you while listening to good music. The only thing that was different this time was you decided that you didn't want to be like this hurt anymore, you don't want to be stuck on Niall anymore, you don't want to keep drinking because of this break up. You were ready to be strong & move forward. All of these things were what you wanted.

Your phone was vibrating in your lap. The light of your phone made the dark room glow. You cut the music off & looked at your phone. It was a private number......only private numbers call you and that's from Niall. You wondered what he wanted so you answered it.

"Hello?" you said

".......Y/n?" Niall checking to make sure it was you

"Niall?" you said doing the same thing he was doing

"Hi" Niall said

"Hi." You said simply then there was a pause between you both

"Ummm" you began to say

"I'm sorry I'm just surprised that you answered" Niall said

"I guess that makes the two of us" you said because you are surprised yourself

"I understand...um" Niall said and then paused

"..........soo" You said not sure what to say

"How are you?" Niall asked

"Good...& you?" you said lying

"Not so good" Niall says honestly

"Oh" you said not really having much to say

"I couldn't sleep" Niall said

"I guess that makes the both of us seeming because I'm up and on the phone with you right now....at 2 am my time" you said

"We're in the same time zone, I'm back in town" Niall said

"Oh" you said

"Why couldn't you sleep?" Niall asked

"....Uh I guess it's just taking a little longer for me to go to sleep, I'm not really that tired" you said lying again

"Oh...not to much of a busy day for you?" Niall asked

"No nothing like that it just happens like this naturally sometimes." You said simply

"........I've been up because I'm currently working on a song I'm writing" Niall said

"Cool.....Its for the new album?" you asked

"Yeah..........the song is about us" Niall said

"Us?...........i guess our story is interesting enough to put into a song" you said simply

"Our story is beautiful but it just has an ugly plot to it & no ending....i guess that's why this song may never be finished" Niall said

"Are you trying to say you used me for a song?" you asked offended
