We Make Up

You & Niall were on the way out. You really wasn't feeling good but Niall didn't believe you he wanted you to come out. Niall feels sometimes you don't go out & fun with him when he wants to. You agree because you have lately didn't want to go out & have fun. You have been on a serious chill mode lately but you get out of it because Niall is your fun & adventurous side of you so if Niall says so then you will listen.

You guys went to dinner with Niall's friends. You still wasn't feeling good but you had hoped that eating something will take away your headache. After the waitress took your orders Pat one of Niall's friends said something.

"Y/n are you feeling ok? You look so sad" Pat said being funny. You never particularly cared for him because you always thought he didn't like you & he had no reason to not like you because you never did anything to him. But hey what's life without a hater hating on you.

"I'm fine Pat. Everything is ok" you said killing him with kindness

"Just making sure" pat said simply

"Stop looking sad" Niall said whispering in your ear

"Really" You said getting offended that Niall said that to you.

"Yes, you look mean don't be mean" he whispered in your ear

"Whatever" you said simply & rolled your eyes at him. You are going to chew him up as soon as this dinner is over.

They basically left you out of the conversation while you guys waited for the food to come. Finally it did & you guys ate. You ate as much as you could but couldn't finish it.

Niall gave you a look as though he was saying finish your food. Niall has a pet peeve of food going to waste. You don't like to waste food either but you had every intention to finish it later when you felt better. You can't believe how much of an ass he was being right now.

Everyone ordered dessert and drinks including Niall. They talked & laughed for ever it felt like. Your phone buzzed in your lap. It was Denise texting you asking if you were with Niall.

You texted her back yes & that he dragged you out against your own will. She said that they have been trying to reach Niall & talk to him. She told you that she had to take Theo to the hospital. She was telling you how he hasn't been feeling good over the last week & now it's full progressed. You have been worried & Niall has been worried about him too. He's been making sure he stays in touch with his brother Greg so he can stay posted.

"Y/n you been quiet all night, how are things with you?" Charity asked you. She's the girlfriend to Dan who was also at the dinner table. They are so phony to you.

"I'm fine, excuse me for a moment" You said about to get up.

"Where are you going...why are you on your phone being rude?" Niall said just above a whisper.

"I'm sorry Niall while your busy talking I was just about to call Denise to check on her & Theo, theo had to be rushed to the hospital tonight & I wanted to talk to her." You said above a whisper then rolling your eyes at him & getting up from the table & walking towards the side door. Before you can dial Denise number Niall held on to your arm.

"Wait a second...what has gotten into you" Niall asked

"Niall I told you I had a bad headache but you thought it was an excuse. & even when you didn't believe me I came out anyway because I knew it will make you happy so I did it because no matter what I want to make you happy. I come out & you have the nerve to let your "friends" be disrespectful to me & you disrespect me right in front of your friends. That's what's wrong but never mind all of that right now...I just want to check on Denise to make sure she is ok & find out what's going on with Theo & I want you to take me home. " You said then dialing up Denise number.

"Nobody disrespected you, do you actually think I would let anyone disrespect you?...really?" Niall said flabbergasted at what you said

"Niall it was disrespectful...but you know what it's over, I don't care about that I just chuck my L at that & that's the end of that" you said not really

into this conversation that's ready to turn into a argument. You wouldn't have let it turned into argument because whether or not Niall is close to them it's still his friends. You know they aren't that close but you don't create that friends vs girlfriend drama scenario. You know your place & friends have their place & that's that.

Denise didn't pick up the phone. She just texted you that she was about to talk to the doctor at moment & she sent you a heartbreaking picture of Theo not feeling good & him being hooked up to a iv. Your heart ached for him. You showed Niall the picture & he changed his demeanor.

"Babe.." Niall said taking a step to wrapping his arms around you but you cut him off & removed his arms from around his waist

"Can you please just take me home now" you then walking back inside. Niall followed & he paid for the both of y'all.

You guys walked back to the car. You stayed silent while Niall drove. Niall tried to place his hand on your thigh but you moved it. He glanced quickly over to you as you just stared out of the window. You were really in your feelings because you still had a headache, you are mad at Niall & seeing the picture of Theo looking so sick really got you messed up in the head. You & Denise have grown very close over the last year & a half & you guys talk very often. You admire her in so many different ways. Theo is so sweet & such a happy baby. Theo is your buddy, when he met you he instantly took a liken to you. So you care about him madly like you do for all Niall's family.

Once you guys got home you just went right into the bedroom & changed. You changed into some sweats & a hoodie, you put on your comfy fuzzy socks & then went to the kitchen. You grabbed a bottle of water & the aspirin bottle & went to the rooftop that over looks his yard. You just wanted to clear your head & just be alone. You gaze up to the beautiful dark sky & admire the stars & the crescent moon above.

As you gazed above Niall came & sat at the end of the patio chase you were sitting on.

"Princess I'm sorry for my behavior tonight. I realize I was being a dick & I'm sorry. I never meant to hurt you." Niall said sincerely

"Niall I honestly wasn't feeling good" you said looking at him. Niall scooted closer to you.

"I'm sorry for not properly taking care of you....I'm here now & I'm going to take care of you now" Niall said sincerely

"The aspirin is kicking in so you don't have to do much" you said simply

"Princess can you forgive me?" Niall asked

"I forgive you...just don't disrespect me in front of your friends like that again" you said

"I promise it will never happen again...I love you so much" Niall said then he stood up & then he took your hands & made you stand up.

"Let's go get some rest,....cuddling will help that headache go away quickly" Niall said

"We have to stay awake I want to make sure Theo is ok" you said

"Everything is fine I just talked to Greg before I came out here. he will be home tomorrow they still have to do test but he will be ok...its a small virus. The reason I wasn't getting any calls is because I accidentally had my phone on airplane mode." Niall said reassuringly

You guys walked back in went right in bed. He kissed you & wrapped his arms tightly around you as you both slept.
