You Wish He Was There Moment

You were so excited because you just found out that you are getting a promotion on the job. Your close friend Zoey, Matt, & Danielle wants to take you to dinner to celebrate your accomplishment.

You called Niall to tell him the good news. You waited & waited for him to answer his phone but he didn't pick up the first time. You called one more time & again he didn't answer. You figure he's probably busy as usual. You hope he will call back before you go to dinner.

You finished getting ready & then You left out to the restaurant with your friends. You guys were seated & you placed your orders to the waiter & then you all started talking.

"How does the promotion feel boo?" Danielle asked

"It feels good, I worked hard for it" you said simply

"You sure did I'm really proud of you" Danielle said

"Have you told mr. Superstar yet?" Matt asked referring to Niall

"I haven't had the chance to but I will" you said simply & then you checked your phone to see if Niall called or texted back

"Where is he?" Zoey asked

"Truth be told....i have no idea, the last I talked to him was still in London so I'm sure he's still there." You said simply

"How are you guys?" Zoey asked

"Were good, everything is good, I'm happy & I know he's happy." You said putting on a strong face

"You miss him don't you?" Danielle said

"Yeah, I wish he was here right now helping me celebrate my accomplishment but..........hey" You said not being able to finish the sentence

"I'm sorry doll I didn't mean to make you sad" Danielle said rubbing your arm

"It's fine, I'm ok, yeah I miss him & of course you naturally wish your boyfriend to be here & celebrate with you, but you know he has to work" you said sadly

"I'm sure he's going to do something special got you once he finds out. Niall is going to be very proud don't be sad"Zoey said encouragingly

You guys finished enjoying dinner together. Everyone got you laughing & got your mind off missing Niall. You felt better & was able to really enjoy being with your friends & enjoy good food. After dinner everyone went their separate ways. You went back home all you wanted to do was just get in bed & go to sleep. You were missing Niall so much right now & all you wanted to do was hear his voice. You were walking to the frig to grab a bottle of water. Your phone that you placed on the counter vibrated. You look to see it was Niall texting you.

Hey princess, I'm so sorry I missed your calls. I was recording vocals & rifs all evening. I left my phone on DND by accident. Please please forgive me!. I'm just now getting at my flat can we please Skype. I have to see you. <3

You hurried to set up your computer. You signed in quickly & then you waited for Niall to get on. Only 5 minutes later he was on & he called you instantly. you answered of course

"Princesssssss" Niall said excitedly

"Niaallll, my prince....my loveeeee" you said happily

"Princess how are you?" Niall asked

"I'm fine babe, how about you?" You asked

"I'm ok, I'm just tired right now,....I had to put a lot of hours in the lab today & on top of that I'm still working on a song" Niall said

"You look tired, you have to still take care of yourself babe."you said being protective

"I am, but I really want you to come take care of me" Niall said giving you a cheeky wink & grin

"Hehaha I bet" you said

"By the way you look stunning babe..why are you so dressed up?" Niall asked

"Thanks, I went to dinner with my friends...I got that promotion I told you I was hoping I get, I finally got it babe" You said excited

"You did?" Niall said excited

"I sure did" You said

"That's awesome babe, I'm so proud of you, I told you that you were going to get it, when did you find out?" Niall asked happyily for you

"I found out today" You said simply

"That's great babe, so your friends took you out today?" Niall asked

"Yeah we just went to dinner that's all, that's where I'm just coming back from." You said simply

"Oh okay.......are you ok princess?" Niall said looking at your face concerned

"I'm fine babe..just tired that's all" You said not wanting to admit that you miss him & you wish he was here right now

"I know your tired but please stay up with me. I want my time with you." Niall says sweetly

"Of course babe, I'm happy I'm seeing you right now in the virtual sense" You said

"Princess I know your not ok....please tell me whats bothering you. I see it in your eyes, please tell me" Niall begged

"I'm sorry I just miss you badly right now that's all" You said & you got up away from the laptop so you can grab a tissue. You refuse to let Niall see you break down like that. You took a few seconds to regroup and came back to the laptop with a strong face & held back tears that threatened. But you held it together.

"Princess I miss you so much too...don't think for a moment that I don't. As much as you wanted to me to be with you tonight I wanted to be with you too. please don't cry"Niall said feeling helpless because he knows no words he can say right now can amount to how much it means for his physical presence to be present at this moment.

"I know. But it's ok Niall" You said looking down at your hands not making any eye contact.

"Princess....can you look at me please." Niall begged. you looked at him & you can see the hurt in his eyes to see you like this. When you hurt he hurts too.

"I want you to know that it's ok that we miss each other to the extent that we do. We are human & we have every right to because we been away from each other for 4 months now. But that means I'm getting closer & closer to be with you now. Only 1 week left. As soon as I leave the stage I'm walking right on a jet so I can come be with you. & we are going to celebrate you & us finally being together yeah?" Niall said trying to make you feel better

"Yes...I can't wait, I miss you so much...I can't wait to be with you again...I just get sad sometimes because you spoil me with so much affection & when we are apart I go through withdraws..it hurts" you said trying to cheer up

"I know, & when I get back I'm going to spoil you so hard with it, your going to be begging me to leave you alone" Niall said making you smile

"I can never get enough of it. I'll never be satisfied" You said jokingly making both you & him laugh.

You guys talked about everything and anything. You guys made plans for when he does come back to see you. When you are sad at times Niall knows how it make it all better.
