~Akiriya~
Hey, are you listening to a thing that I am saying?, the girl sitting with me was absolutely, without a doubt, gorgeous and I didnt think that I could go on without knowing her name but every time I asked, she would say, Guess. and then Id try to think of a name that would fit such a perfect girl but every name that I could think of felt like an insult to her existence.
Nope, I am not listening, blue, I said hoping that she will give me her name. Her hair was the most beautiful blue hue and the way that the ends curled were so perfect, that girls would perm to get it like that was everything and more. I had contemplated about where she could possibly have been from, definitely nowhere that I could think of but I felt like, in the back of my mind, I might have known.
Blue? What the hell kind of name is that? Is it because of my hair? she gave me a look as if she just watched me grow a third eye.
I shrugged and then we made eye contact and died of laughter.
The guys had left a while ago so it was just me and Blue hair. It was really odd to me that I was able to laugh at all of this when I just saw Emilio die but being around this girl mutes my feelings for now. Plus, I can always cry later.
Do you give up? she arches an eyebrow at me and smirks.
Yes, what is your name?
She chuckled, blue hair sliding from behind her ear, Zelisa, but you can call me Z or Lisa, either works. But not blue, she nailed me with a hard look, Never call me Blue.
I wondered momentarily why she doesnt like the name blue but then we were talking again and I didn't even notice when the boys returned with Saffron in tow. I looked at her, my eyes assessing her body to see if she was hurt, but, like the other girl in front of me, she was nothing but perfection. I smiled at her as kindly as I could and stepped off of the couch, so that she could sit, but as I got up I got a cramp in my foot and lost my balance, falling face first on the floor.
Smooth. I heard one of the guys chuckle. I think it was the one with the leather jacket, remembering his annoying flirts from before. I pushed myself up, the muscles in my arms flexing with the brief exertion of force.
I glanced up to see a hand in front of my face. Here, let me help you up. It was the gorgeous guy with the brooding attitude and all-black attire. He was the first thing that my eyes noticed when I showed up here in the blink of an eye. Jarek said that they would explain all of it when they were all here and I guessed now that Saffron had returned, it was time. I took his hand in mine and he pulled my body up as if I weighed nothing.
Thank you. I realized that I didnt actually know his name. Can we get started, please? Not to sound like I am trying to rush things along but Im trying to make things move faster so that I know if I made a horrible choice staying here for the past hour.
They all nodded and the guy in black motioned everyone to the living room area.
Okay, well this was going better than I expected. But I wasnt about to let my guard down. As soon as I knew how they were able to zap me here I was going to distract them and run for the hills. My aunt would be worried if I wasnt home soon. And I had a book to finish in my room. Not to mention there was a Netflix Original that just came out that I wanted to see--wait, I needed to focus.
So what do you want to know, Akiriya? It was the first serious thing that the leather jacket guy had said and I looked him in the eye.
Names, all of you, I said it like a command, trying to sound like I wasnt terrified by these people, but I wouldve been lying to myself if I said that.
