O n e

Today, is just going to be like any other day of my life. It has been like this for the past years.

Me being unhappy with my life. Nothing new, nothing special. Everything is just like any other day. Still that old black hole that I have been stucked in for years.

I cannot breath,
I cannot see light.

But still, I am looking forward to this day.

Why? you might ask.

Well, because I am moving out from this hell hole.

Uh... I mean my lovely house where you feel no comfort of family whatsoever. I wonder if I can even call it a family.

This has to be the best thing happening to me after a long time. My parents don't care about me anyways. So, living under the same roof makes no sense.

How could you even feel suffocated in your own house, with your own parents?

Unfortunately, I never felt their love since I was ten.

I fully opened my eyes and checked the time on my phone. The bright light making me squint my eyes. I blinked a few times and checked the time written on it.

9:12 A. M

Ah! I have to wake up. I slept around an hour extra today.

Surprisingly, no one is arguing today. Usually, mom and dad would start yelling at each other at about 7 or 8.

Strange.

I removed my warm blanket from my body. My room is still little dark because my curtains are closed just a bit of sunlight peeking through the curtains.

I instantly shiver and wrap my arms around myself to warm myself a bit. I pushed myself to my feet and wore my slippers.

I stood up and opened my curtains and window to allow the sunlight to come in the room. Instantly lighting the room.

Bits of sunlight were falling on my face, I covered my eyes to adjust to the light.

I removed my hand to see the beautiful view outside the window.

Today the weather is nice, not like yesterday it was so humid out and it seemed like the sun wanted to murder all.

I walked to my bathroom to brush my teeth and did my daily activities.

I have already packed most of my things, but still, a few other things are left to pack.

I wore a plain white shirt and some blue high waisted jeans and walked downstairs to eat something. Leaving my naturally black curly hair open.

''Come June, sit '' My mom said placing the plates on the table as I came down.

I looked around to see the missing member of my 'family', my father who hasn't talked to me I don't even know for so long.

''He left early today '' Mom told me seeing me staring at his office door a little too long.

Oh.

I slowly nodded and start eating my breakfast.

''June your old books are in the store room check whether they are of any use, I will give the rest for recycling or something'' She took a sit opposite of me and looks at me for an answer.

''Okay'' I shortly replied.

No other words were exchanged between her and me and we silently ate our food.

''Thank you for the food.'' I stood up and took my plates to the washbasin.

''Honey if you need anything just tell me okay.'' Mom came behind me and she patted my head.

Anything. Huh.

I need my happy family back can you give it to me.

I just nodded like I always do.

*so this was probably boring we will make em good.... Maybe😌
