Taehyung tried to slide off the thought each and everytime it appeared on his mind. He thought he wouldn't think about it the next day.

But he did. At this point, he wasn't sure who he hated moreㅡ Hoseok for kissing him or himself for laughing despite the threat he received earlier.

While he was walking towards school, Mei said she wanted to go together. It somewhat made Taehyung suspicious, because Mei never liked to walk together with him.

"Brother!" She squealed, "I had so many questions that I wanted to ask you!"

"What is it?" He sighed, he wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone, really. His mind was preoccupied already with thoughts that refused to leave his mind.

"About Hoseok-" Mei answered to which Taehyung immediately frowned, "Don't talk about him!" He growled and started walking, leaving her behind.

His sister couldn't understand what was up with him, she thought they were good friends. He even came to their home yesterday.. did they have a fight? She didn't have an answer.

Taehyung reached near the class, he was hesitant to open the door. He decided to not look at all at the guy who violated him yesterday. He just wanted to avoid his existence.

He took a deep breathe and opened the door, he went upto his seat and sat there, without even glancing for once. He had a feeling that Hoseok was there, and he knew that he was looking at Tae, but he tried his best to ignore.

Tae was more affected than he expected himself to be. Maybe because it was his first kiss. His kiss got snatched away by some good-for-nothing guy, who couldn't even solve a simple math problem!

He clenched his fists in vexation, he wanted to punch the guy's face blue black. But, whenever he thought about the kiss, his heart would jump out of his chest and his cheeks would burn with heat.

He kept his head down for most of the day. He even managed to keep it down when Hoseok touched his shoulder, and asked if he was sick. He was too flustered to answer him.

Above all, he couldn't understand why Hoseok had to kiss him, out of all the things in the world.

As Tae walked towards home, his mind somehow wandered off to how nice Hoseok smelt yesterday. He told himself that he wasn't appreciating his smell, but was just appreciating the fragrance.

And he remembered how Hoseok asked him to stop but he didn't, and the next thing he knew was that Hoseok's lips were on his, and it wasn't just a peck, he kissed him. He could smell his cologne all the while, and his warm breathe that sent a shiver down his spine.

After he reached back home, he went over to the kitchen to grab a cold water bottle from the fridge. He wanted to drink all of it, so he would catch a cold or more, a high fever so that he wouldn't have to go to school. He began finishing all the cold water bottles.

"What're you doing in kitchen today?" Mei shrieked in disbelief, surprising him in the process.

"Drinking water. Can't you look?" Taehyung squinted at her.

"Anyway." She leaned back on the counter, "did you get your bike back?"

Right. It had completely drifted out of Taehyung's mind that his bike was still not back in his possession.

He shrugged himself as the idea hit him, that someday he has to face the weirdo and get his favorite bike back.

"No." He replied in a deep low voice.

"I guess I'd have to talk to him then." Mei grinned brightly, her eyes seemingly shining in happiness, it brings a grin on Tae's face as well. Not because of her but because he wouldn't have to deal with him.

"Thank you!!" Taehyung pulled her into a tight hug and left for his room.

Mei seemed shocked at the sudden affection of his brother. But she could barely keep her excitement in, she couldn't wait to talk to Hoseok once again.

||

Mei was grinning to herself the whole morning, she patiently waited for her brother to come down. But their mother brought her the news that Taehyung had a fever and he wouldn't go to school.

She was perplexed between whether to be happy that Hoseok and herself will be alone, or sad because she wouldn't have a company she can retreat to.

She made her way to school excitedly. Her friends asked her why she looked so happy but she kept it all inside.

During the recess, she jumped her way to Hoseok's class. As she looked at him through the door, her heart pounded heavily. His black hair was fluttering due to the wind and he gloomily looked outside, but that didn't change how extremely attractive he was.

She gained her courage and made her way to him.

"Hi. Hoseok-oppa" Mei grinned at the boy.

He turned towards the girl, "Mei?" He seemed a little surprised. Her brother wasn't here that she'd come to visit him, why was she here?

"Sorry, brother couldn't come, he has a fever." She had a smug look on her face. It wasn't the bike that concerned her anymore, she knew that as long as he had the bike, she could find various ways to talk to him.

"Oh.. poor guy." He smirked, as if something hit his mind.

"Maybe you can come over?" She said, Hoseok raised his eyebrows; Mei realized that her choice of words were not appropriate, she awkwardly laughed and stuttered in a high shrilled tone, "I meant that-" she cleared her throat, "you should come to meet him" she stated in a deep voice.

"Hmmm... I should." Hoseok hummed in agreement.

"Maybe we could go-" As Mei was about to ask him to walk home with her, Hoseok stood up, "I gotta go to the canteen right now. See you later." He gave a half-smile and left.

Taehyung was happy that he didn't have to face Hoseok today. He couldn't get over his happiness, even though he laid with fever, shirtless, and under the blankets; he was joyful.

He heard a knock on his door. "Come in" He tried to speak as loudly as he could but it only came out as a feeble shriek.

The person outside thankfully or unthankfully heard him, the door creaked open. Taehyung's eyes were closed, he expected the person entering to be either his sister or his mother so he didn't bother to move.

He heard the door closing shut, and footsteps getting louder. With the footsteps, a familiar cologne whiff surrounded him. He chuckled softly and mumbled, "huh.. I must be dreaming."

"No, you're not." The familiar voice whispered into his ears, the warm breath sending shivers all the way down to his spine.
Tae's eyes struck wide open, he turned his head to notice the guy and immediately jolted back, "what are you doing here?!" Tae howled.

"I missed you." Hoseok pouted playfully.
