Being in love with a deadly sin was not a bright idea. Overall being in love with Meliodas was a challenge. You knew he had feelings for Elizabeth but would always try to touch you. Of course you would back away feeling like a cow because of your size. You knew he could never love you. Elizabeth was skinny and cuter.
*Flashback*
You had met Meliodas when you walked into the boat hat wanting a drink because of a long day. The men of the village near by started to Snicker and whisper things, you knew it was about you. You always felt like people were making fun of you because you weren't the same size as other girls. You realized they were talking about you when a girl walked by and whispered"pig".
Then this cute blonde boy appeared out of no where and kicked the men and girl out.
"That group was rude." He then turned to you " You okay? Need me to check your body -?"
"You perv leave her alone!" You heard a pink little pig shout.
You stood there a minute trying to process a talking pig. Until the blonde guy spoke again and wanted his hand in front of your face.
"Hey what's your name?"
"(Yyy/nnnn)"
" Don't let those people make you feel bad."
You shyly looked down and murmured "they do that all the time I live in the same town as them. I mean they are right I'm pretty fat and ugly."
The guy looked surprised "well first of all I'm Meliodas and I think you -"
"Sir Meliodas!" You heard a girl call out. "Can I get some help I'm having trouble serving all these people!"
"(Y/n) you want a job? You can travel with us?"
You agreed immediately hoping things would be better if you left. You followed the pig to a room to change into the uniform. One look at it and you held your stomach knowing it would never work.
The pig who's name you figured out was Hawk insisted that you wear it or Meliodas would try to put it on you himself. You sat in the room just staring at the uniform.
You figured if you wanted to leave the town you had to take one for the team. You put the uniform on immediately regretting it.
You walked down the stairs and immediately met green eyes. "(Y/n) the uniform looks great let me just see if it fits every where."
He suddenly tried to reach under your skirt and you freak out running towards some customers and started taking orders. You couldn't understand why he wanted to touch you when he could just be all over the other girl.
Finally the last customers left and you were tired. You heaved yourself on to a stool and laid your head on the bar.
"(Y/n) you did great! You're hired! Also that uniform looks good."
You turned to Meliodas and looked him and lost your nerve to ask why he would say that. Instead he answered your question without you even asking.
"I think all of your curves make the outfit look better. Truthfully I couldn't take my eyes off you when you walked in. Those jerks just don't know what true beauty is. I wouldn't waste my time trying to be like everyone else if I was as perfect as you."
You blushed and decided he was wrong and was only pitying you.
*Flashback over*
You had been travelling for a few months now and hated to put on the uniform every day. Even though every one of the sins would tell you that you look great.
One night you decided to change into a big shirt you found and normal pants. You snuck out to watch the stars.
Everything was peaceful until you heard rustling and a person sat next to you. It was Elizabeth.
"These stars are so beautiful. How come your not in your uniform?"
You felt tears start to form and you continued to look at the stars. Trying not so sound like you were about to cry "You don't get it Elizabeth you are so pretty and skinny and Meliodas loves you and im not anything but a cow."
She began to giggle. " I AM CRYING AND YOU THINK ITS OKAY TO LAUGH!?!!"
She still giggled and started to wipe the tears from her face " You think Meliodas loves me? All he does is talk about you and how beautiful you are. It's actually kind of a relief that he doesn't steal my underwear anymore. You should probably go tell him how you feel, I know he feels the same way."
You sat up in complete shock and your mouth hung open from what she just said. You looked around before coming up with a plan.
You snuck into your room to put the uniform on and for the first time it felt like you were happy to do it instead of cringing you smiled. You then went downstairs and met those green eyes you always wanted, you always needed.
"Hey (Y/n) what's -mm----"
You had stopped him mid sentence by grabbing his face and planting a kiss on his lips. It felt right like bursts of bright lights went off and you tasted the sweetness from his lips. You finally had to stop for air and Meliodas stumbled back a little with a big smile on his face.
"So does this mean I can actually see if this uniform fits?" He said while holding his hands up ready to touch you in a pervy way.
You rolled your eyes but couldn't deny him......
