You and Ema were good friends all through school and you had lived with the Asahinas for a small amount of time. The brothers had welcomed you into their family just because you were Ema's friend. Ema had liked when you moved in because some of the brothers stopped trying to confess their love for her and instead confessed to you.
Tsubaki was the first to confess saying he loved how you were funny and how you showed your emotions through your cute facial expressions. Unfortunately you turned him down because you couldn't take how he was always around and hugging you.
Masaomi was the next he would bring home gifts for you almost every week after he got off work. He would always persuade you to play with him and Wataru. He would be the knight in shining armor and you were the princess while Wataru was running everywhere saying that he was a dragon defending the princess. Unfortunately you turned him down saying he was sweet but the age difference would never had worked, you just weren't ready fo kids.
All these confessions bothered you to the point you would stay in your room as much as you could. The only time you would spend time with all of the others was if your crush was there, Natsume.
You met him when Ema had asked you to go with her to take some leftovers to his apartment. She had a key and walked right in not bothering with knocking. You started to wonder the apartment wondering who it was that lived there. As you were walking you bumped into something wet. More specifically a Natsume in a towel.
He had caught you form falling and was holding you close as he got lost for words. You couldn't form any words either. Ema had cleared a throat and he dropped you.
After taking you for an apology coffee. He had began to ask you to test games for him and took you out for dinner to talk over the games you tested.
That's when your crush on him began. Ema became a little upset when you wouldn't join her during dinner with the others and when you weren't there when she wanted to have a movie night.
You felt bad about neglecting your friendship and decided to buy her favorite movie and surprise her with a movie night.
It was a great night until she decided to tell you about how Natsume had confessed his love for her. That made you think he probably still had feelings for her.
The next couple of months you had not tested any games. You focused on work and ignored Natsume's calls and texts.
You had little interaction with any of the family until it came time for the first anniversary of their parents and you were invited. Louis had done your hair and Miwa had gotten excited about picking out outfits for you and Ema.

For their anniversary they had decided to have others over and have music and dancing.
Tsubaki had decided to take you out onto the dance floor. You loved to dance and enjoyed every spin and lift.
"Can I cut in?"
That voice that made your heart beat like crazy and also made you sad. You knew exactly who it was. Natsume.
He took you into his arms and began to slow dance. "Why have you been ignoring me? Ive been thinking about it non stop. Have I done something wrong? I know I haven't told you this but I have feelings for you."
You looked into his eyes and there was silent moment before you spoke. "You have feelings for me? What about Ema?"
" Its true I did have feelings for her but I never felt anything with her like I do with you. You're amazing in every way."
"Hey Natsume..... The music stopped and we are the only ones dancing...."
He then blushed and lead you to the buffet table and said "I'll make you a deal we play this new game and if I win you have to be my girlfriend and if you win I'll do something really embarrassing. Deal?"
You pondered it for a minute just to make him squirm. "Deal!"
