"What the hell was that!" Yelled Kurt Angle as Maverick walked thru the curtain.
"Nothing" Maverick told him still breathing a bit heavily.
"Nothing? Really?! You practically beat another superstar with a chair, who knows if you injured him by the way, and you say its nothing?" Kurt was clearly furious. He stared at Maverick waiting for a response.
"Wel—"
"What the hell was that?" This time it was Alexa Bliss asking the question. She stood behind him but he could feel her blue eyes staring thru him.
Maverick turn around to look at her but as he did Buddy Murphy was brought thru the curtain at the same time.
Security were holding him up from each side. He took a quick glance at Alexa. Then he looked at Maverick as he kept walking.
"Take him to the medic, so he can get checked out" kurt told them.
Then he turn to face Maverick
"You better hope you haven't injured him" .
Maverick to turns to face Kurt.
"As Gm of Raw, I have no choice but to Suspend you indefinetly" Kurt told him.
Maverick stood quiet.
Kurt simply stared at him a few seconds more before turning and leaving Maverick there.
"Why did you do that?" Alexa's voice broke thru his thoughts. Maverick turn around to stare at Alexa again. Her blues eyes staring straight at him.
"I...I—" .
"Be honest with me please".
He sighted as he looked at her. He was beginning to regret what he had done.

"Well, for one he was the one that jump me from behind in the ring a few weeks ago".

"Is that it?" she asked almost as if she had been expecting another answer.

"Truth is I..." he began.

"I—I didn't want him to hurt you. I wasn't going to do it but then I saw how he grabbed you"

"But why did that bother you so much that you had to go and save me"

"Because I..I...Lo-".

"Maverick!" A voice interrupted them.

He turn around to see an official calling him.
"Kurt wants to see you in his office immidietly" he told him.
"Im on my way".
He turned back to Alexa.
"Its fine. Just go" she push past him and walked away.

"So, Murphy has no serious injuries. However the Doctor said he should rest for a few weeks" .
Maverick stood in Kurt's office.
"Is that why you called me here? To tell me that" he asked.

"No. What I wanted to tell you was that there has been a change of plans".
"What do you mean?" Maverick asked confused.
"Well, as you know I was getting ready to suspend you for what you did but Murphy beg me not to".
"Why would he do that?".
"Because instead he beg me for a match. A one on one match against you" kurt told him.
"Oh really" maverick couldn't help but smile a bit.
"Yes. So I decided to give him the chance for redemption and I granted him the match for the upcoming Elimination Chamber PPV".

"Fine" Maverick turn to leave.
"Oh, by the way he specifically requested a Last Man Standing Match. Ill be announcing it later tonight".
Maverick stood quiet for a moment before turning around and facing Kurt again.
"Is he sure that's what he wants?".
Kurt hesistated before talking "His choice not mine".
"Alright then" Maverick simply responded before turning around and walking out the office.

Maverick walked out into the hallway and nearly crashed into Bayley.

"Hey watch where your going!".

"Geez what got into you".

"Nothing" Maverick took a deep breath and spoke "Sorry. I shouldn't have screamed".

"Its fine".

"Anyway Ill get out your way. Kurt is in office right now".

"I was actually looking for you" Bayley told him catching him off guard.

"Me? why?" he asked.

"There something important I need to talk to you about".

"What is it about?".

"Not here. We can't talk here. Let go to your locker room".
Maverick hesistated.
"Why?" He asked.

"Look I know we've never met before until you came back to raw. So you have no reason to trust me. But this is important. I would have never come to you if it wasn't" Bayley spoke and Maverick did not understand why but he trusted her.

"Fine. Lets go" he told her and she breath a sigh of relief.

They began walking down the hallway in silence.

"This better be important" Maverick broke the silence.
"It is" Bayley assured him.

Renee was here in her locker room because Mercedes needed someone to talk to. She didnt want to bother renee but she was the only one she trusted.

"I don't want to look like the bad guy but I can't help how I feel, renee" she confessed.

"I though you and bayley talked things thru?".

"We did and I apologized for how I treated her before".

"so what's the problem" Renee asked.

"The problem is that I know she is trying to help me forget about him...but i can't. I just can't".

Renee sat quiet. This wasn't the first time she heard this.

" I told you before and Ill tell you again Mercedes, You have to get over him".

" I know but that's just it. Ive tried but I can't. It hard".
She wasn't lying she had tried.

"I know" renee tried to give her a reasurring smile.
"It seems that way now but you will get over eventually" she tells Mercedes.

"I don't know if that is possible".

"It is. Trust me. There is always that one crush that seems impossible to—".

"Its not a crush" she interrupts renee.
"Ok?".

Renee knew where this was heading.
"Then what is it?" She asked without thinking.

"Its not just a crush" Sasha looked away from Renee.
Renee waited for her to continue.
"The truth, renee, is that...Im...Im inlove with him".

I know somethings might not make sense now but they will.
Its all part of the bigger picture.
