Maverick's Bliss (A WWE Fanfiction)

Maverick's theme hit and he walked thru the curtain.
He stood at the top of the ramp taking in the cheering crowd for a moment before proceeding down the ramp. He slapped a few hands before heading into the ring. He did his signature pose on the turnbuckle before his theme slowly stopped.

Murphy's theme played next.
Maverick stepped out of the ring and let him do his signature pose in the ring.
Murphy's Partner came out first.

To be Honest, Maverick was suprised yet not suprised as Murphy's former partner came down. Wesley Blake.

It was time for Maverick Tag team Partner. The all too familiar theme hit and the crowd erupted in cheers. They knew it was only a matter of time before they had to team up.
Dean Ambrose walk down the ramp got into the ring. The music die down as Dean and Maverick shook hands.
"You start first Dean" Maverick whispered and Dean nodded.

Blake had the upper hand. Maverick slid down on the turnbuckle as Blake hit another clothesline. Blake picked him up and whips him into the other turnbuckle and runs in for another clothesline. Maverick moves out in time making blake hit nothing but turnbuckle.

Dean stands up from the ground just as Blake tags Murphy in. He looks towards the corner.
"I want Him" he points at Maverick.
Dean looks towards his corner as his partner sticks his hand out.
"Tag me in" he tells him.
Dean proceeds to tag him in.

Both stand in the middle of the ring staring at each other. The tension felt by the crowd.
Murphy threw the first punch. Both men began going back and forth with neither gaining the advantage. Finally Maverick kicks Murphy in the gut and takes the advantage.

Alexa Bliss sat in her locker room watching the match. Nerves on edge.
The match kept going back and forth with noyone getting the upper hand. 
"C'mon Maverick" she found herself whispering.
If she was being honest with herself it was getting harder to fight and hide her feelings.
She gasped as Maverick got thrown into the steel steps.
She knew she had a choice to make. Be happy or keep being afraid.
"Why does it have to be so damm hard".

Maverick gets thrown back in the ring. He manages to roll to the other side of the rope as Murphy slides inside. Murphy tries to take advantage by running at him while he is getting up. But Maverick nails him with a quick Superkick. He proceeds to grab Murphy before he falls and lifts him as if he was going for a Suplex.
Insteas he falls straight down with him, nailing the brainbuster. Maverick quickly goes for the cover.

2...

3!

The bell rings and Maverick's theme hits. Dean slides into the ring and the referee raises their hands. Dean stares at Maverick before pulling him in and embracing him in a hug.

Dean walks thru the curtain followed by Maverick, "Your no shield but your still a brother to me", Dean tells him.

Maverick laughs, "That's what counts".

Alexa let out a sigh of relief. She was glad the match was over. If she was being honest, she didn't want to see them fighting, especially over her. But she was still glad Maverick won.
Tonight was done it was time to focused on the Eliminatin Chamber PPV this sunday.

Dean walked into his locker room to find his girlfriend sitting on the couch watching the end of tonight show.
He closed the door as Renee looked at him and smiled.  He walked towards the couch just as she looked away and let himself fall gently on top of her, pushing her down sideways
"Deannn, What are you doing?" Renee looked at him.
He smiled and leaned in until their lips were touching and kissed her.
"Deann, Your sweaty" she pulled away.
"So what?"
"So what?" Renee gave him a questionable look, "Go take a shower".
"No"
He leaned in again and kissed her. This time he let his hand slide up under her shirt.
Renee couldn't help but laugh, "What do you think your doing?" She pulled back as she push his hand out.
"Go take a shower" she told him.
"Fine" he kissed her one last time before getting up.
