BUNGEE JUMPING

I tighten my grip around Harry's two hands as we walk upstairs to get higher and higher over the river. I'm not afraid of hights but I do have some respect for what we are going to do in a few minutes. When we are on the top two men prepare Harry and me for our jump, checking if everything sits where it is supposed to sit.

"I can't do this, Harry. Oh my god, are we insane? Why did I even agree to this...I can't jump..I can't...I—" I ramble and pace back and forth. Harry grabs me by my waist and pulls me close to him.

"Hey, hey, hey calm down. Nothing's going to happen. I'm going to jump, too!" Harry tries to calm me down but it does not have the effect it was supposed to have.

"I'm gonna die." I say as we approach the edge. I cling onto Harry's chest just like I was told since we both are jumping together at the same time, "I love you, Harry. Remember that before..."

"Stop being so dramatic, Y/N," Harry laughs, "You're not gonna die. I'm not gonna die. Look, we are safe," He pulls at the belts that are holding us together and are connected to a long rope, "I love you too, by the way." Harry adds and kiss me long and tenderly before we both put our helmets on.

"You owe me something if we're going to survive this." I tell him and we are very close to the edge, so close that I can already see the water underneath us. "I hate you so much, Harry."

"I love you too, baby," He tells me laughing and wraps his arms around my waist, "On three? One..."

"They said we can jump whenever we're ready. I'm not ready."

"Two..."

"I swear to God—"

"Three!" And suddenly Harry and I both jump into the open and we just fall but it feels like flying and I don't think there has ever been in a moment where I felt this free in my entire life. I'm not able to scream, I only desperately cling onto Harry. When the falling is over we just dangle around and I hear Harry laughing.

"Harry, we survived! Harry, oh my god. I love you, I love you, I love you!" I say laughing and crying, both at the same time. Harry kisses me but both of us can't stop smiling.

"Told you, love."
