BEEP BEEP, Kai's hand immediately slammed on the snooze button shutting up the annoying piece of wires on her small table. As she sat up she smelt something, it was sweet.

Waffles? I live alone she thought before everything from the previous night came rushing back and Kai remembered a certain boy that she had let sleep on her couch.

She peeled off the comforter off her body and made her way into the small kitchen. She leant on the door frame watching as Sweet Pea pulled a waffle out of the waffle maker and onto a plate, which already had three other waffles on it.

He unplugged and machine and kept it open to let it cool, "You didn't have to make breakfast you know." Kai said smiling. She felt her heart skip a beat once she realized she had surprised him.

He straightened himself and coughed, "I'm just repaying you for making pancakes at my place" That one sentence alone made Kai's heart melt.

It was a quiet morning, the two only made small talk but the conversations didn't last every long. It wasn't an awkward silence, it was a comfortable silence.

After both of them cleaned up, Kai decided it was time for both of them to change. She gave Sweet Pea his black shirt back and a pair of her brother's jeans. He didn't live there anymore, so she didn't think it would matter.

Kai chose a regular black shirt as well and paired that with a pair of skinny jeans. She slipped on her serpent jacket and headed outside.

She was lucky enough that Sweet Pea had driven his own motorcycle here and he wouldn't have to drive hers. She hopped on her own snd Swee Pea slipped onto his.

He looked back as if asking Are you ready to go? She nodded and both sped out of the trailer park and down the road to hell.

It wasn't long before the pair met up with Fangs and Toni. All of them agreed to meet in the cafeteria at lunch to discuss what the hell they were going to do about the stunt Andrews pulled.

Kai sat in Mr. Phillips classroom twirling a pencil in between her fingers, impatiently watching the clock tick closer to the dismissal time.

At last the bell rang and Kai basically sprinted to the cafeteria, "Hey Guys." She greeted, slightly out of breath.

Fangs raised a brow and rested a questioning gaze on her wheezing figure, "Are you alright?" He asked patting her back.

She nodded and chuckled, "I just really need to get my fantasy back into shape." Kai joker, sitting down next Sweet Pea who just finished laughing his ass off.

She smacked the back of his head, "Shut it you giant." He stuck his hands up , 'surrendering'.

"So what are we doing about the Archie kid." One of the other Serpents at the table asked, gathering a couple other people's attention. The table immediately turned serious as Sweet Pea clenched his hands together with a scowl on his face.

"I say we go to his home." Kai smirked, "He came to our turf and tagged it I think it's time for us to return the favor."

Fangs raised his hand for a high-five which she gladly gave. A smirk found its way to Sweet Pea's lips. Toni studied everyone's expressions and sighed, "I guess it's settles then, let's give them hell."

The bell rang again the break was over. Before everyone dispersed Toni added one more thing, "I won't be there but your welcome to come to my trailer and get cleaned up."

Night approached quickly making the Serpents rather happy to say the least. Some rode in cars to the house with other Serpents, others just rode their motorcycles. It wasn't a big group but it was a strong one. Their strongest crowd.

Kai studied the house as she stepped up onto the steps and up to front door.

Sweet Pea pounded his fist on the door waiting for it to open. It wasn't too long before Archie opened it, "How stupid are you Northsiders? You really think you can come to my house, stick a gun in my face in front of my boys, and there wouldn't be any payback?" Sweet Pea spat.

The door opened more the reveal a face Kai couldn't wait to punch, "You have crap timing bro. Bulldogs eat Serpents for lunch." Reggie tried the threaten.

She rolled her eyes and stepped up, "I don't know what drugs your on, but I'll have to try them sometime ."

The Bulldog went to grab her but Archie put an arm out in front on him. "Hey chill." The red head muttered, and turned to face a girl behind him. "Veronica stay here."

'Veronica' crossed her arms and immediately protested, "What, Archie no." He pulled her aside for a moment before returning back to the Serpents who were glaring at the Bulldogs.

"If you want to fight we'll fight." Archie said. Sweet a Pea gave him a slightly weary look, "What about your gun."

"What about your knife." Archie countered.

Veronica stepped up again, "How about no weapons."

Kai sighed and took her hand out of her pocket that held her switch blade causing Fangs to slightly chuckle. "If you troglodytes insist on doing this, there are gonna be rules." Veronica stated. As she noticed the reluctant expressions and spoke again, "Or should I call Sheriff Keller to be referee."

The rain had been pouring down, the Serpents stood face to face with the Red circle. As requested Kai stood right in front of Reggie, a smirk playing on her lips.

She watched as Archie swung and landed a solid punch on Sweet Pea, initiating the start of the fight. Reggie scoffed, "I'm not going to hit a-" She landed a quick blow to his head causing him to stumble backwards.

Wiping some blood the trickled down his chin he growled, "You messed with the wrong Bulldog sweetheart." He charged at her swinging aimlessly.

She ducked right before he could make contact, blood roared in her ears and adrenaline pumped through her veins. Still angry Reggie kicked Kai, making her sprawl out onto her back.

He managed to straddle her and punch her face over and over. With a sudden surge of energy Kai rolled to where she was on top of him, "You messed with the wrong Serpent Sweetheart." She mocked. Landing a couple hard blows to his face.

Turning her head slightly she saw a guy stab himself in the leg gathering everyone's attention, but no one really stopped until gunshots were heard. She was thrown off of Reggie, hitting her elbow hard on the ground.

SNAP "Fuck!" She shouted cradling her arm. She couldn't see anything, the rain blinding her. The Serpents are all gone and she sat in the rain with a broken arm.

Surprised, she felt someone pick her up bridle style and carry her to their car. She caught a glimpse of someone's pale face and brown eyes before she passed out from the pain.
