Epilogue:
The red and white rose petals were spread out all along the aisle. My heart raced nervously and blood pounded in my ears. The trail of my dress was heavy behind me. Where was my brother when you needed him?
I gulped nervously when I saw all of my friends and Xaviers friends standing in front of me. I saw Clarissa with Dante and smiled. She smiled back and gave a little wave. I looked down at the bouquet of black and white roses.
I looked back up and saw Xavier beaming in a black tuxedo, looking sexier than ever. Jace smiled at me and stuck his tongue out, I rolled my eyes. I started to make my way down the aisle and I felt some of the weight lift and Terence linked me. 'Its just me, Jez.' I smiled lightly and slowly made my way down the aisle. I couldn't be happier about this day.
Today was the day Xavier and I finally get married. We agreed that I could keep my last name as Rosehart and made Dante's last name the same as mine. I would've happily made it Conhart, but Xavier refused. I made my way up next to Xavier and entwined our fingers. The warmth radiated off of his body and I rested my head on his arm, not tall enough to put it on his shoulder.
Alex smiled at both of us and started to read from the book in front of him. "We are gathered here today in the joining of souls." He said strongly. Xavier leaned by my ear. "You look absolutely amazing. That doesn't even cut it." He murmured and I smiled up at him. "Xavier James Conhart, do you take Jezebelle Rose Rosehart as your -"
"Yes," Xavier said immediately and Alex looked down at me. "And Jezebelle Rose Rosehart, do you -"
"Hell yes," I said and everybody chuckled. Xavier took out a gold ring with a dark red gem in it and slipped it on my ring finger. I took his ring and put it on his finger. "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may -"
"Just shut up already," I sighed and smashed my lips against Xavier's. Everybody cheered.
It was official. I was his, and he was mine.
