Here We Go Again ( Not Complete)

Chapter 1:Moving

"Do we have to move in with them ?"my seventeen year old sister ,  Evelyn complained , again . " For the fifth time Evelyn , Yes , you do . Im not moving you guys to a whole new country where there are numerous threats . I'd rather you stay here where i know your safe " my father explained again . "You do realize that mom might not even want us to be there right ?" I asked . "Daniel we have been over this , I already called and you guys are good to stay with her until im back for good . Ill still visit you guys and call whenever i can " He answered , "Now go put the rest of the stuff in the car "

About 3 hours later we were in LAX Airport waiting for our flight . " Hey you guys want something " my dad asked nodding his head towards a Starbucks . "Sure , I'll take a drink , the usual ", Evelyn said . My dad looked at me too , with his blue gray eyes , "Daniel ?" . "Sure , the usual " I replied .

I honestly did not want to move in with my mom . I mean of course I loved her to death , but she's changed . She didnt always shine her smile like she used to before the divorce . And her Blue eyes went gray thanks to her no good boyfriend . Emmett was a dick . He didn't love her , he loved her because she actually put a roof over his head .

The plane ride was quiet thanks to my headphones . Evelyn was asleep the whole time . So that made it even better . Washington was nothing like California . It rained alot and there was almost no sun . I wondered if the new school had a soccer team that i could join , or any sport for that matter .

Mom was there at the airport waiting , thank gosh Emmett wasn't . "Hey guys " she greeted . She gave us each a hug . "How are you guys doing , hows  Nate ?" , She asked referring to my father while driving . "Dad's good , did he tell you where he was going ?" Evelyn asked her . She has a sad look in her eyes as she focused on the road . "Yes , but you guys will like it here, its not so bad as you think " she said . Her attempt to change the subject was bad . 

We finally made it to her house after a long silent drive . There was another car parked in the drive way of her two story house . "Emmett's here ?" I asked her . This concerned me . The last time we visited my mom he was such a dick that he kicked me and Evelyn out for two hours  . "Yes but he's asleep so just try to be quiet going up the stairs , while you finish unpacking ill make lunch " she answered . 

My moms house was nice . But it was too big for just her and Emmett to live in . "You know where your rooms are " She said going into the kitchen . We made our way quietly up the stairs .I finished unpacking pretty fast so i went to Evelyn's room across the hall to see how she was doing . I found her sitting on her bed fiddling with the camera my dad got her for her birthday last year . Evelyn was into photography so much that at the apartment her shelves  were  stacked with photo books . 

"What cha doing ?" I asked her . "Watching old videos from Cali " She replied in a dull tone . Her green eyes looked sad . "What's wrong ?" I asked sensing the sadness in the room . If theres one thing I hate in the world its seeing my sister sad . She was always so happy and such a smart ass. " I hate it here "She merely replied . "So do I but its what has to happen . "I told her ."Danny how long do you think we'll stay here ? " she asked . "I don't know " I replied.

"School is going to be a living hell this year  "she sighed
