Chapter 10: Keep it on a leash

Evelyn's POV

Tony is KISSING me . He leads me against the wall next to the bathroom door , never breaking the kiss . He finally breaks the kiss after a while so we can get some air . " I 'm sorry ,I couldn't resist " he apologizes.  He moves some hair away from my face and tucks it behind my ear . "Its ok " I assure him ,resting my hand on his chest . " We should probably put some clothes on " he chuckles looking down at me .

He watches me as I go back into my room and close my door behind me . When i look back i forget that Cat and Anna are still in hear . Shit . Cat grins at me like the Cheshire Cat . "Ooh I know that look "Cat says . Anna whips her head to look at me . " Holy mother of baby Jesus " she exclaims.  I try not to laugh at that . "Tony fucking kissed you didnt he ?" She asks me . I'm quick to regain myself . "Pft . What no . Let me see what you clothes you chose for me " I say trying to change the subject , picking up a pair of white shorts.

"Mhm sure , anyways "- Anna is cut off by a loud noise that comes from down stairs . "Hold that thought " I go to open my door and see two Chihuahuas running , or at least trying to,  up the stairs . They reach the top and I pick them up.

Daniel opens his door and comes out too . "Awe shit they got out " he says running down the stairs.  "Guys can you come help us the othe dogs got out " I say as I also go down the steps with the two Chihuahuas in my hands . When I get into the living room I see that they broke a lamp . A terrier and pug are fighting over a pillow on the sofa , and Daniel is chasing after a labrador that has one of my moms shoe in its mouth .

I look for the bin that they came in ,put it up right and put the two Chihuahuas  in there hoping that they stay this time . Cat comes down with Tony and they get the terrier and pug and put them in too . All that's left is the labrador. " Ah dammit . " Daniel says running into the kitchen after the little puppy . Tony runs in to help him .

The front door opens , signaling that Emmett and my mom are back . "We are back what the hell ?" Emmett  exclaims . The kitchen door opens again and the labrador runs toward my mom . She kneels down and picks it up , taking the shoe out of its mouth just as Danny and Tomy come out , out of breath  ." Guess it's a sign that I need new shoes " my mom chuckles as the dog licks her face . Emmett looks athe broken lamp and torn up pillow .

"Who let the dogs out ?" He says . I try so hard not to laugh but Daniel and Tony start making barking noises . Cat, my mom and I start dying of laughter . Eventually Emmett does too . " But seriously how'd they get out "he chuckles.  "We dont know we were all upstairs getting ready " Tony explains .

"Ok here are the leashes go on and get out of here , have fun be safe . Text me if any of you end up spending the night so I can tell your parents " my mom says as Emmett hand me the bag of leashes .

Daniel's POV

After putting our things in the trunk of Tony's car , I head back inside to get Mason back from Cat . Emmett got dog harnesses so that the leashes and collars wont pull on their necks . "Let's go " Anna says heading out the door with her dog that runs alongside her .

It's about a thirty minute drive from my house to the beach . Evelyn starts to record the drive to the beach . When Cat asked she said she was going to create a video montage of the trip to the beach to send to our dad .

We ended up at a nice little secret spot on the beach . Tony said it was a spot that only he Cat and Anna knew about . Tony and I set up the blankets and such . We didnt bring an umbrella because it was kinda cloudy. 

The day at the beach was relatively quiet nice . We played with the dogs in the water and Evelyn took pictures and videos . When we had started eating , we heard what sounded like people coming . "I thought you said only you guys knew about this place " I asked Cat . " I thought we did too " she said trying to see who was coming .

"Hey guys " a voice said . Evelyn put her camera in her back and hid it under the pile of towels . That's how i knew it was Derek and his crew. "Gosh it's so weird to see you guys here " he says faking a smile . "But Derek I thought that you said you saw them pull in earl-"his friend is cut off when one of his other goonies punches him in the stomach .

" Nice dogs. Oh look at Tony's dog . Awe Evelyn your really gonna go out with a guy a dog that size "Derek teased . I give Evelyn a look of confusion.  I didnt know they were dating . She shakes her head no letting me know that it isnt true . I'll ask her about it later . "Its not his dog "Anna says "its mine . Her name is Bella" . She smoothly grabs Bella from his hands and holds her . "You wanna pet her Derek " she says holding the dog out towards him .

"No thanks just keep that thing on a leash will you " he says . "Why did you really come Derek.  There's nothing here for you" Cat says . Her dog Ally senses something wrong and starts barking at him . Eventually all of the dogs start to do that . " My friends and I just wanted to have some fun . Is it a crime to come here ? " he asks .

" What ever your reason is just do us all a favor and go where we cant see you and you cant see us " Evelyn says putting on her sunglasses . Since Evelyn was closest to him , he decided to kick some sand at her . The action causes me and Tony to stand up . " You asshole "she gets up to look him dead in the eye . " What was that I couldn't hear you sandy " he torments . His friends laugh at the lame joke . 

"Alright Derek dude , you need to leave "I tell him . He gives me a look , trying to intimidate me . He scoffs , "Pft make me ". "Come on dude we are just trying to have a relaxing day at the beach and your making it stressful , so just leave " Tony says a little bit annoyed . Derek goes to push him " I said make me , or a you too much of a little bitch to do so " . Tony then goes to lunge at hi but I hold him back. Cat gets up and whispers something in his ear  ."Lets go guys the only thing here is trash that washed up onshore  "Anna says collecting some of our things .

 She and Evelyn start to pack things away while Tony and Derek are staring at each other . "Lets go guys " Derek and his  goons walk away towards the way we came in . "What did you tell Tony "I ask Cat . She looks between me and him . "Tony is on his last week of probation , if he gets into another fight he gets sent to juvenile detention. He is only on probation because of Derek " she explains . 

Probation ? Tony is like the nicest guy I know . What did Derek do to get him on probation . "You have to ask Tony about that "Cat says like she knew what i was thinking . "Hey I'll be right back , im going to go get some of the sand out of my hair " Evelyn announces taking Baby and Bella with her . After about ten minutes of cleaning up I realize that she has been gone for a while . "Anna , did she come back yet ?" I ask . She shakes her head no , as a loud scream is heard . 

Tony doesnt even hesitate before running towards where the sound came from . As he is running towards where the sound come both Bella and Baby are running back soaking wet .They run right to me and i pick them up and hand them to Cat and Anna . "Dry them off i'm gonna go find Tony " I say running after Tony . I end up finding him helping Evelyn out of the water , her leg is covered in blood .
