Chapter 20 : Cake Faced

Evelyn's POV 

I pulled Daniel along by his arm out of the packed house . Tony stood still by his car , Cat standing next to him . "But why are we leaving ?" Veir asks as we walk towards them . "Because your drunk " Anna spits at him . " Im not as think as you drunk I am " he mixes up his words . " Yeah ok I'm totally convinced now " She says sarcastically . 

"Really , cause I wasn't " Daniel says clearly confused . "You shush before I tell mom " I threaten . " Hey ?" Cat greets . " Hey , Kitten tell Ev to stop being mean pleasee " Daniel beggs her . "Remember what we talked about telling mom Danny " I warn . He shuts up quick . 

"Ok but why did we leave early ? Did the drunks get into a fight ?' Cat chuckles . "Not the drunks " Anna scoffs , shoving Veir into the back seat of Tony's car .  "Um excuse me , don't leave me alone with the drunks , you take one " Tony says . "I'm not drunk , I can drive Ev, give me my keys " Xavier begged from the back seat . 

"Oh no , you told me you wanted to get shit faced tonight , so I'm driving " I remind him . He huffs and crosses his arms muttering something about hating being drunk . "So , since I didnt get to be in Veir's car , I automatically get shot gun "Anna runs off to get into Xavier's car before Cat has the chance to protest . 

"Your an actual child , you know that "Cat yells at her . "You love me though " she says closing the passenger door . Daniel opens his mouth about to say something , but I stop him . "No " I say pointing at the car . "But -" he protest . "No , now get in the car before I tell mom " I command. He pouts and gets in next to Veir . 

"I literally didn't agree to them being handed off to me " Tony protest . "Oh shut it and take them home , we'll meet you there " Cat says . She hooks her arm through mine and we walk to Xavier's car . 

We spent four hours at that party . Four long weird hours . We got back to my house at mid night and the lights were still on , meaning everyone was still awake .  Anna , Cat and I were the first ones to get there , which was weird considering that the boys were right behind us .

 "So I take it you guys are spending the night ?" I ask them . "Yup , my dad is in New York at the moment closing up some big business deal  , so I don't really feel like staying at home alone tonight . Its actually pretty terrifying being in that big house by myself " Cat says . "I'm staying over cause I'm pretty sure my brother stole my house keys after loosing his and I don't really feel like waking up the whole house "Anna shrugs. 

As if that's totally normal . "You know , sometimes I keep forgetting that you live in a mansion and not a regular house like the rest of us " I say to Cat . "Well I'm hardly even there , I was always at Anna's or Tony's before you guys moved here , now I'm at your place "she says .

 A loud honk interrupts our coversation . I can hear loud music and horrible singing coming from Tony's car as it pulls up to the house . "Are they singing Chandelier ?" Cat questions . "No it sounds like One Direction" Anna chuckles . 

Through the windsheild , I can see Tony shaking his head in annoyance and Daniel and Xavier singing their hearts out horribly . The girls and I get out the car and watch in amusement as Veir and Danny get out the car singing High Hopes at the top of their lungs . "I called it next time , you take the drunks in your car they are a nightmare to deal with " Tony says pointing at me . 

"Daniel stop singing your gonna break a window " Cat yells at him , and thank God , the singing stops . I chuckle to my self as I take my keys out to unlock the door . Before I can put the key in , they are snatched from my hands . "Anna " I whine . "Go help your brother , I'll open the door " she says .
