Chapter Five : Red Solo Cup

I was still pretty confused as to who these people were that had Cat and Annalise pretty shocked . Just as I was about to ask Annalise who these people were , I was abruptly shoved into Cat ,making us fall. Before we hit the ground I quickly flipped her by her waist , so that  when we fell onto the ground she'd land on top of me . Which is what happened . We hit the ground with a loud thud . "Awe shit " I groaned . "You guys ok ?" Annalise asked kneeling down besides us for a quick minute  . "Yeah I'm alright "I groaned with a sigh . Cat was still on top of me ."Cat are you ok ? You didn't break anything , Daniel broke your fall " Annalise said . 

Cat seemed like she was in her own world , lost in her own thoughts. "Cat ?" I asked . She gave me a blank stare ."Huh" she said "He look I know you like him and all but save this position for when your in bed together yeah ?" Annalise said ,chuckling . My eyes went wide and so did Cat's . She shot right up ."Shut the fuck up Anna .Thanks for breaking my fall Danny " she said extending an arm out to help me up , which I gratefully took ."Yeah no problem but whose Derek and Valentina ?"I asked brushing off my pants . "Their the assholes of this school who think their the shit .They screw everyone in this school over , " Cat says quietly as who I assume Derek and Valentina pass by us . 

Derek is about my height with brown short hair , and brown eyes , a defined jawline and fair skin .He looks like an everyday rich kid who takes what he wants ,with large biceps . He's wearing a red varsity jacket over a graphic T-shirt with denim pants and black converse. Valentina looks to be about 5'6 with short brown hair ,round brown eyes and tanish skin  .She looks like she could be captain of the cheer team , and a total daddy's girl . She wearing the top of a cheerleading uniform and light ripped skinny jeans with short black high heel boots . 

"In other words , their fake as fuck , and they screwed Cat over big time " Annalise says putting my hat back on my head backwards . "They did not ,shut up Anna " Cat says . "You don't have to hide it from him ,he's gonna find out eventually Cat ", Annalise replies ."Yeah , what they said wont make me think less of you Cat , we are already friends" I say . And its true , Cat is liked a friend to me even though we barely know each other .

"Alright then Ill tell you at Lunch" she says as the bell rings signaling the end of break . She runs off to her next class after giving me back my schedule . "Cat!Wait !" Annalise says. I look at her hoping she would help me out . "Ugh that girl I swear she gets on my nerves,here lemme see , oh cool we have Agriscience  together " she says looking at my schedule .  I follow her through campus to another building where I would stay with Annalise for the next two periods .

Almost two hours later its finally lunch . As Annalise and I walk back towards the cafeteria , I cant help but ask what happened to Catarin .  "I would just wait if I were you "Annalise suddenly says . "Huh "I say. "You were going to ask me what happened with Cat . I'm really good at reading facial expressions ."She says . "And if I did ask would you have told me ?" I ask her . "I would tell you to just keep an open mind and not ask that many questions , its a very sensitive subject for her " she answers . I let that sink in the rest of the way . 

As we are getting our lunch Annalise shows me what to get and what not to get ,which is very helpful . When we reach the cashier , she fumbles to get her money out to pay . "Ugh , this stupid zipper always gets stuck "she murmurs . "Hurry it up will ya bitch " someone says from near the end of the line . She scoffs , still struggling with her bag zipper . I quickly pull out a twenty dollar bill to pay for both of our lunches and give it to the lunch lady . "No you don't have to do that I can pay for lunch " she starts to argue . "Oh just shush ad let me , I want to sit and eat already " I chuckle . She scoffs " Ill pay you back right now when we sit down "she says shyly . The lunch lady gives me my change and I follow her out side of the cafeteria to a table under a tree outside where Cat is sitting with her home lunch . "Yeah , as soon as I fix you zipper on your bag " I laugh , which makes her laugh too . 

We sit down next to Cat under the tree . Almost immediately Cat asks Anna something in her her to which Anna shakes her head no . "Did I miss something here ?" I ask . "No " the say in unison . Cat sighs , frustrated . "You still want to know what happened ?" she asks . "Um only if you want to tell me now "I say not wanting to pressure her . "No its ok I'll tell you but you cant tell your sister , she'll be her soon , Tony texted me that they had the same fourth period which is across campus " she says . I had almost forgotten about them . "So you ready cause theres some fucked up shit your about to hear 

FLASHBACK Cat's POV

(WARNING :THIS PART CONTAINS SOME HEAVY IMPLICATIONS OF ILLEGAL DRINKING AND OTHER THINGS . PLEASE NOTE I DONT CONDONE OF UNDERAGE DRINKING OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE ) 

Two years ago  sophomore year 

Valentina had dragged me to a party after the football game  that we had just won . The party was at Ryan Evans house . One of the jocks she was friends with . "Valentina I told you I didn't want to come I don't even know half the people here , and I don't think I'm dressed  appropriately " I complained . She had picked out my out fit that had consist of a white crop top that had pale pink flowers  , black high waisted short with small red flowers embroidered on them , and black  and white converse . She had curled my hair and did my make up that had consist of pink lip gloss , a champagne pink eyes shadow with some liner . 

In my opinion the shirt was to cropped and it was see through , and the shorts were almost booty shorts if I didn't wear them right . "Oh come on Catarin " she said with a slight Spanish accent , "this will be so much fun , just have one drink with me please " . She handed me a red solo cup with an unknown liquid . But by the smell of it , I knew it was alcohol . "I don't know Valentina " I said . "Please it wont be that bad , if you drink you wont have to drink anymore I promise " she promised . 

"Fine "I said  over the loud music . I lifted the cup to my lips and  took a small sip . The small sip had turned into a big gulp that burned my throat instantly . " yes girl "Valentina said as I drank . I  put the cup down and gasped for air . "This is so gross how do you drink this stuff ?" I asked over the music ." You'll learn , come on lets dance ' she said grabbing ,my hand and pulling me out to the dance floor. 

As we began ' dancing '  there was a guy ,that  was much older than me ,who had asked me to dance with him . Even though I had only one drink I slurred the word yes . he turned me around and pulled my back towards his chest and we began dancing like that . 

I started to get  dizzy like the world was moving at full speed . I didn't notice that he had lead me upstairs to a bed room . I was half asleep when he started kissing my neck , I couldn't form words at all . I was half asleep when he started to take off his belt and unzip his pants and pull down his underwear. Then he started to take off my shorts . He had almost taken off my underwear , when Tony had barged  in and kicked the guy's ass, for almost hurting me . 

I was almost fully unconscious when he whispered that he was going to pull my shorts up for me and take me to his house where he would get me the help that I needed . He wrapped his jacket around me , picked me up bridal style and carried me out of the room . The last thing I saw was the guys beaten up face . 

And I know exactly who he was .
