In an instant, we were ported to a desolate land. I looked around. There's a big house, but I couldn't see the other girls. Only Zeke was there with me.
"Um, where are the others?" I asked him. He looked at me with a puzzled face.
"All of you should've arrived at the same time. Why are you here already? Anyway, they should arrive any second now." he said. It happened again. I got here before them. But why? After a few seconds, all of them arrived.
"I smell favoritism already." Rebecca joked as she saw the two of us.
"Huh?" he asked. She pointed to me.
"Favoritism? No! Even I'm wondering why she got here before you did. I set the delay to five seconds, but she still got here the same time as I did." he explained. She just laughed at his messed up explanation.
"Just kidding, sir! But, why do we have to stay in such a desolate-looking place?" she asked as she looked around.
"Where are we anyway? I know that there're no places like this on Earth." Crystal said.
"We are in a separate plane created for your convenience. But rest assured, we're still connected to Earth." he explained.
"But still, why does this place look like it's hell frozen over?" I asked.
"Because it is! More specifically it's lava that's been mixed with ice. I told you that this place was created for your convenience, right? I'll explain everything when we're inside the house." he said as he pointed at the house. The house was quite big. Seems to be three storeys high. Or four. I should count the attic, right? It's painted white. Pretty much stands out since everywhere you'll look you'll see black, rocky ground. We entered the house and settled in front of a TV that's almost bigger than me.
"Okay, so what do you guys suggest we name this room?" he asked.
"Game room?" Rebecca said.
"Function room?" Crystal said.
"Den!" Heather said.
"What're we gonna do in this room anyway? I mean how can you actually suggest something for something unknown, right?" I asked.
"The closest one suggested would be the function room since this is where we're gonna have meetings and other stuff. Of course, I'd rather go outside to have meetings but, we have a big TV here where I can show you some things. So, function room it is?" he said. Everyone nodded in agreement.
"Sir, about what I asked before?" Crystal asked.
"Clothes? Right! You'll find your rooms on the second floor. There are six bedrooms in total. One for each of you and the other one is what I call the Sleepover room. It's the biggest bedroom where you girls can, by what the name implies, sleep over. There are no beds there, but there are pillows and mattresses in the closet you can use. There are two bathrooms. One on the second floor, and one down here. Just like the rooms, the one upstairs is meant for one person and the one down here is like those baths you would usually find in mangas. Just a big bathhouse like... bath. A locker type room at the entrance of the bath so you won't need to find a place to put your clothes and all that other stuff. There's a big tub in the middle, and there's a jacuzzi somewhere there. Shouldn't be hard to spot. The third floor would be for your leisure. It's what I call the Game floor. And... the attic is where stuff are placed. So if you're looking for something that you need, you'll most likely find it up there. Now down here, we have the dining room, the kitchen, as I already said, the big bath and the Function room. Oh, I almost forgot. Your clothes are in the closets in your personal rooms. The clothes in your closets are somewhat based off of your personalities. There's a wide array of clothes for each of you, but if you still want something that you can't seem to find there, which I think is impossible. Just tell me and I'll take care of it. So, any questions?" he explained as he let out a deep breath and smiles at us. I was dumbfounded at how fast he went. It's a miracle to see that he was able to say all of that in a breath or two.
