Is this just another dream? How'd I get here if it wasn't, so I guess it must be.
"Yo! What are you doing out here?" I heard Zeke's voice say. I looked to where it came from and saw him sitting on a rock that's almost twice my height. I decided to play along.
"Just wanted to catch some air, I guess."
"So, did the girls fall quickly?"
"They did."
"I told you, didn't I? Well, at least it looks like they've learned their lesson. What about you?"
"Huh?"
"Well, you weren't able to do it earlier remember? Why do you think that is?"
"But I was able to do it. You were there, too!"
"Would you be mad at me if I told you that I just sorta helped out? Just so you would know the feeling of being able to do it."
"Not really. But why do it? What would it benefit you?"
"It doesn't necessarily have to benefit me for me to do it. Sometimes all I do is help others without getting anything back. It's sort of close to what exorcists do. They fight with their lives on the line and if they win, they won't get anything in return. So I guess I just got used to it."
"You said if. How many exorcists have died by fighting demons?"
"Human or not?"
"There are different types of exorcists?"
"Yup! There are humans, demons and other beings that want to live on Earth and keep it a peaceful place."
"There are demons that live with us, huh? But what do you mean about other beings?"
"Other beings. Hmm, how do I explain this? Umm, there are other beings which normal humans classify as demons because of what they can do. Like the changelings, the halfies, the rogues and others which I don't really remember. Everything's in the complete book. Oh, and there's also another type of human being. They're called blood knights, if I recall correctly. Now those guys, if turned evil, are a pain to deal with simply because they're near immortal. It's a good thing that their powers are usually hidden."
"I think I know what halfies and changelings are, but what are rogues? And blood knights?"
"Rogues are mischievous beings that can't really be classified into anywhere else. As to why I included them is because they're usually spirits that take on one form for the rest of their lives, sort of weird really. Blood knights are basically humans that can control their own blood, have blood regeneration that's four times the norm which means that they can regenerate even while in battle, and they can actually use their blood veins as weapons. Molded weapons, of course."
"Molded weapons?"
"Uhh, I don't know what it looks like, but that's the info I got anyway."
"Are there known blood knights that are running rampant today?"
"There are currently no known blood knights now. I guess they're not doing the training camp thing anymore."
"Training camp?"
"Yup! It was a camp solely for the kid blood knights since being a blood knight doesn't run in the blood."
"So you're meaning to tell me that there were times before when some guys would just tell a kid's parents that their kid has to go to camp? That's just absurd!"
"Well, that was what I learned from the knight I met before. He also told me that the new generation's parents are different and they're not as trusting as those before them. Thus, the new knights not really knowing why they have overflowing blood even if they are guys."
