When Sehun asked if I want to go New Zealand, I didn't think we would be going soon, too soon to be precise. Neither did I know he took my passport nor did I think my brother would have helped him.
As soon as I woke up today, Sehun stood by my bedside waiting for me to wake up. He made me wash up, get dressed and pack my clothes all within thirty minutes. Of course I took my dear time and the flight got delayed.
"Where will we stay? Aunt Haesoo told me she is out of town, she took her keys with her." I told him as soon I got off the call with my aunt. She is in New York to attend New York Fashion Week and will be there all week.
"Idiot, I have a house here. Did you forget? I used to live here too." He cheekily said to me. Sticking my tongue at him childishly, I walked away from him towards the luggage claiming section.
We decided to go to the school first, wanting to meet the teachers who taught us and meet his friends. Now that I think about it, after all the incidents with Hara, I didn't talk to anyone in the school except for Max and Jade and only if I had to do a group project though my words were limited.
I replayed Yugyeom's voice in my head and understood what he had meant. Sehun really does bring lots of emotion out of me.
"Are you ready?" I slightly nodded giving him a forced smile. I didn't want to step into that horrible school. I left this place for a reason but I didn't want to ruin it for Sehun. He must have missed his teachers and friends very much since he has been here longer than I.
"We don't have to go if you don't want to, Jennie." Jennie, he ever only said my name when he was serious. I shook my head at him stepped out of the car.
Obviously, the students watched me like a hawk. Thinking why I was back when its only been two months since I went back.
All of the sudden, the buzz became more louder as Sehun stepped out of the car. Gasps filled out, curious eyes staring joining the points.
They all knew Sehun left Auckland right after that incident and haven't heard from him in years. He is back but with me, what is happening? They must be thinking something along the line.
He took my hands naturally and smiled at me. First, we both went to Elementary section to greet our previous teachers.
All of them was happy that Sehun and I came to visit them and asked us if we were joining here. After telling them that we were visiting for a while, we went to the football ground greeting mutual friends on the way.
"Maximilian Walter!" Sehun shouted cupping his hands on the either sides of his mouth.
Max snapped his head to us and stared at us in disbelief. He ran all the way to us and pulled us two in bear hug. He looked really tired and worn out. He eye bags were prominent and I could already feel miserable knowing what he is going through just now.
"How are you guys? Sehun, man you grew up so much. Before you were very cute you know the typical boy next door but now man, you look so manly," Max pointed out hanging his hands around Sehun's shoulder before adding, "but again you still look cute."
The smugness Sehun showed me when Max called him manly vanished replacing that of irritation.
"What's with you guys calling me cute? Seriously, I am anything but cute. I already have her saying I am cute, I don't need you on the list to Max." He said sulking.
"Right, you are not cute," Sehun's face lit up, "but adorable as hell!"
I couldn't help but laugh out at the reaction. Max knew how to joke at the right moment without changing the mood.
"What?" I asked Max after I felt his stares at me.
"You changed, Jennie. You had the aura around you, you know. The cold feeling, the one where you are saying 'come near me and I will kill you' with that eyes of yours. Now, its like it never existed in first place. It took only three months for you to come out the facade and I could see why." He smiled pointing to the still intertwined hands of Sehun and I.
I just shrugged my shoulders.

Looking at Jade who was lying down on the hospital bed with tubes connected everywhere made my eyes welled up.
"Doctor said that if she does not wake up anytime, she will never wake up." Max hoarsely said, his eyes clouded with tears.
"Did they catch the bastard." I asked him. He shook his head no, "The police said they can't find any lead which I find it suspicious."
"Why?"
"The police called me a day after Jade's accident that they found a lead and will be able to catch the person. But after few days, they said they can't find anything and that the case will be closed. I asked my dad to find out but the detectives didn't even say a word. They dogged the questions and the security even grew tighter down there. It's clear that they are hiding something." He scoffed.
"Oh.. And one thing my dad found out was that the person who hit my Jade was a girl." A girl? What kind of place has the world become.
"I'll contact the Police head, my grandpa used be friends with him. I'll look into okay?" Sehun said already fishing his phone from his pocket.
"Jennie, how did you two meet again?" Max asked when Sehun stepped out of the room.
I narrated to him how we first met in Korea then how he started to call me names and then how all the truths came out after Yugyeom came to Korea. He said that I had to thank Yugyeom because indirectly he patched things up for us.
"And yeah just a week ago Hara started attending our school." I told him.
"That bitch. Just how much is she going to go. You know after you left, she started bitching about you to the new people. Jade gave her a nice 'talk' to her in the hallway." Max hated her with passion well, most of them did.
She didn't even change the school even though she was excluded by everyone.

"Sehun, I feel anxious. I-I feel uneasy and have this something going on my stomach. I-I -I gosh what's wrong with me?" I grabbed his hands and tried to take deep breathes hoping it would calm my nerves. My heart was beating erratically and I knew it wasn't the pain.
All the way through the car ride to his home, I have been feeling like that. I thought it was because I came back here unprepared but I it was not like that.
"Jennie, take deep breathes. Marie, can you bring me a cup of water." He shouted to his maid while rubbing my back.
"Here, drink this. I think you meeting with Jade is making you feel like that. Jen baby, don't worry, we will get the best doctor for Jade. I will ask Yixing hyung's father okay? Rest for now."
After he made sure I was tugged in bed, he went out to make calls.
I tried to calm my self down but I still felt uneasy.
Jade and I had a fallout, yes but she is a friend and after all those things happened, she did her best to make me forget about Sehun. She would constantly brag into my room and take me to shopping malls, fashion shows and she even went as far as taking me to hiking.
I wanted her to wake up and nag to me about things. To throw me dresses to wear, to make me apple pie.
"Jennie, I -I Jade.."
That is what I exactly feared.
