Why I Hate Fanfiction

Yandere Fanfics

Now, like many things I talk about in this book, I don't necessarily hate Yandere fics, I actually like a lot of them. However there a shit ton of shitty fics. Like why is the yandere going after you? Why should they care about your existence? They don't give me valid reasons, or that the main character is such a bland, boring, and flat character, which makes me quit reading it. Like what the hell dude?

Of course writing insane characters is hard as shit and people fail a lot(just look at my own shitty yandere fic.) but like it isn't too hard to make then believable, or at least creepy.

A lot of the time people try to reveal some big thing in the climax of these stories, and I am like "Why the fuck does that matter?" Like you don't need unnecessary details in these sort of fics.

Another thing I hate is that literally every yandere fic that takes place in modern times literally the fucking same thing. I mean I am guilty of this, but this is absolutely boring. Every fic I find that starts with "I unwillingly shut off my alarm and then got ready for school" or something like that I immediately drop, unless it is by an author I absolutely love, or it is expertly written.

For me it is hard to get into any story that doesn't grab my attention and keep it for the rest of the book. Most yandere fics, to me at least, are really boring at the beginning. Like I don't give a fuck if you slept through your Algebra class, give me the good shit. Like in the exposition there is a huge fuckin info dump on you, and I'm like "Can't you trickle the information, give enough to entice us then give us a little more as time passes on?" I mean like you can easily learn how to make your right suspenseful, or to generate fear, so why don't you learn?

I hate the people that go around saying, "If I met a yandere, I'd treat so right and accept their flaws!" Bitch no you wouldn't they'd fucking kill you because you are basic as shit. Or in some boyfriend scenarios I read(Mainly for other dere's or I just wanted to see some creepy ass shit) the main character finds out the dude is a yandere and she is completely fine with it. If I found out that my love interest was fucking insane, I'd stop liking them at the very least, like jesus fucking christ my dudes.
