Elaine's POV

The two week honeymoon was ended within one week as I made Nigel's mood out which made him fly out back to New York cancelling the second week of the honeymoon which never meant one for either of us. Neither a word was uttered by Nigel except for the glares or signs he passed when I had to get into the jet or landed in New York.

I was already thirty one day pregnant by now and ten days since I am married to Nigel. The guilt of being pregnant was eating my brain up from day to night. I knew what I was doing with Nigel and his family was sinful. I shouldn't have done this in the first place. What Kay tried to convince me was pure true. I never wanted to lend her my ears as I was  determined on taking my father's penthouse back.

It's been two days from our return from Florida. But Nigel cared not to show himself up since the day we came back to their mansion. He would wake up before I would and would head back to work and be returning home after I had fallen asleep. I was pierced to my bones with the heart wrenching worry. I wanted to let this fucking burden go off me. But I was helpless at the same time. I didn't know what I should be doing next. My mind was in a whirlwind of brain eating thoughts unable to voice myself up. I kept roaming around in the room not knowing what to be done.

Finally did I find myself stand in front of the door to Nigel's study. It took all my willpower to creak the door open to see Nigel---- No not him all alone only, but some other woman who looked around his age or less than that kept sticking closer to his study desk laughing at something said by Nigel as he was sitting at the same desk. Then they pulled their attention back to some documents on the desk and Nigel started explaining some facts to her. Her eyes were not leaving him even though Nigel kept shifting his eyes from document to her.

Damn!

When did this woman come here?

The pang of jealousy started to prick my inner-self.
I had no clue how she suddenly appeared in his mansion. Making my heart pick its heart beats up, she did cross her legs which were an inch away from Nigel's and she deliberately slipped the pen from her hands to the floor.. As she tried to bend down, Nigel stopped her as if he realised she couldn't reach at the pen.

"Wait. I'll pick it up!" Said him bent down where her bare thighs were on display and that's what caused me to break my silence and their whole stance as they had no clue that a third woman was solely standing here watching on them.... "What the hell is going on here?" Nigel's eyes direclty pelted at me in a flash only to witness I was standing there fisting my fingers into tights balls.

"Elaine...." Nigel said, and that seductress uplifted herself in an instant....

"What the hell is going here...? Is this what you do behind this door?" I barked at him seething with hundred pure anger...

"Elaine!" Nigel reproached in his high pitched tone at me.

"I don't need your explanation. I saw what was already happening here..." Telling out at him, I stormed out the room with my heavy heart not waiting for him to respond back. I came straight away into the room and slid myself in the bathroom before shutting the door behind me... I didn't want to feel this way.
