AYSHA SNUGGLED INTO HER PILLOW, enjoying her beauty sleep, when she felt someone nudging her, angrily she moved the blanket to cover her head, burying her face into the pillow, it was a Sunday and it was her free day, as much as she hates it, she had to take a rest every Sunday.

"Come on habibti, wake up, let's pray fajr." Ahmad coaxed, and she groaned before opening her eyes. Glaring at him she stood up.

"I swear you hate me." She muttered angrily moving to the bathroom, Ahmad chucked and moved back in.

Few minutes later, she emerged with water dripping from her body, and a towel wrapped around her.

Ahmad turned, stating at her as she moved to the closet to change.

Fuck!

Aysha had no idea what she was doing to him.

"For someone who just had Ghusl, you're asking for another bath." He groaned and she giggled, loving the effect she had on him.

They moved to the prayer room and performed their Salat, afterwards Aysha laid her head on his lap as he recited Suratul Yasin to her, with his melodious voice she dozed off.

"DO YOU KNOW WHAT'S TODAY DATE IS?" Ahmad asked when they were eating breakfast, Earlier Aysha cooked French fries and chicken sausage.

"Twenty fifth why?" Aysha questioned, genuinely confused, Ahmad looked up at her.

How could she forget?

"Let's just say, a month ago you made the biggest decision of your life." He tried to give her a hint, to which she still didn't get.

"Um, I still don't know." She said and with an angry sigh, Ahmad stood up and left the house leaving a very confused Aysha back at home.

Aysha picked up her phone and went through her reminders, what could be so important about the date that Ahmad was grumbling about?

Oh! oh!

God how could I have been so stupid?

What type of person forgets their wedding date?

Feelings so guilty and not knowing what to do, she picked up her phone and called Noor, not wanting to disturb Dina.

"Hey babe!" Noor answered happily, Wallahi nothing can make that girl angry.

"Hey Noor." Aysha answered. "See I need your help, I did something stupid."

"What did you do?" Noor voice dropped down and Aysha could swear that she's squinting her eyes.

" Haha um funny story, so um I kind of forgot that today is my first month anniversary with Ahmad." Aysha explained guilty.

"Oh Ya Rabbi, I have such an idiot as a friend." Noor exaggerated, and a slapping sound was heard, by all indication she slapped her forehead.

"This is not the time to insult me Noor, just tell me what to do!" Aysha snapped.

"Okay fine, but you owe me big time, so here's the plan." And Noor proceeded to give her advice on what to do, with Aysha taking everything down.

AHMAD ENTERED THE HOUSE WITH A BAG IN HIS HAND, the past morning scenario played in his head, how his wife would be able to forget their wedding anniversary was beyond him.

"Assalamu Alaikum!" He called enthusiastically. The first thing he noticed was that the pathway to the stairs was flowered by red petals and candles around.

I'm I in the wrong house?

"Aysha?" He called out and was met with silenced, he called out again and still no response. Suddenly his phone ranged and her name shown.

"Hello?" He more like questioned, why was she calling him when they live in the same house?

"Hello hubby, I want you to go to the bathroom in the guest room and shower, then come and meet me in our room." Aysha ordered without waiting for his reply, she cut off the call.

Okay!

Ahmad hurriedly moved to the bathroom in the guest room and shower, eagerly waiting to see what his wife had in store for him.

Not having anything to wear, he tied the towel around his waist and hurriedly moved upstairs, taking seconds to admired the decorations put in place.

He stood outside his door, not knowing what to do, should he knock or just barge in?

"Aysha?" He called hesitantly awaiting her response.

"Come in hubby!" She called out with a low voice, Ahmad opened the door and what he saw next made his jaw dropped.

Oh fuck me!
