"We can't just give up like that," Connor said sitting next to Hank's chair. I sat in the empty desk and looked up at the frustrated android. "I know we could have solved this case," Connor pressed. Hank was quiet and looked up able to tell what was really bothering him. "So you're going back to Cyberlife," Hank asked. "I have no choice... I'll be deactivated and analyzed to find out why I failed...," Connor stated. He knows. "What if we're on the wrong side, Connor," Hank asked, "What if we're fighting against people that just want to be free?" They're dancing around each other's questions. Connor doesn't want to admit deviancy, but Hank knows how close he is to free will. Joining the deviants would mean we don't get killed or shut down. "When the deviants rise up... There will be chaos. We could have stopped it," Connor pressed and looked towards me before looking back to Hank, "But now it's too late."

"It doesn't have to be," I mumbled. Neither heard. "When you refused to kill that android at Kamski's place... You put yourself in her shoes. You showed empathy, Connor. Empathy is a human emotion," Hank pressed. I noticed the LED flicker red for a second. "I don't know why I did it... I know there are things that haunt you, Hank... maybe you need to find the courage to move past them," Connor said. I looked to see Madam president's address referring to a curfew being put in place. I started to calculate a plan. "Just a plastic cop's opinion, but... I had to say it," I heard Connor finish. "What if this doesn't have to be end," I spoke up. They both snapped their attention to me. "We still have all the evidence until the FBI take it. I know where Jericho is we could leave tonight. Finish up at least that aspect and maybe Cyberlife won't go as hard on you," I said to Connor and stopped. "Raef and I fucked up the bridge. They'll have moved the entrance. Connor we need to find one of the deviants that knows the location of Jericho one of the one's from the broadcasting tower," I stated.

Hank sat back looking at the entrance. "Well, well, here comes Perkins, that motherfucker... Sure don't waste any time at the FBI," Hank stated grumpily. "We can't give up. Ally's plan might work," Connor stated. "Hank please you need to help us," I pleaded. "If Perkins takes it we're screwed," Connor stated. Hank started to protest. "We just need 5 minutes," I said. Hank looked to us and sighed in defeat. "Connor I'm going to meet you outside the evidence room. I need to get disguises first so we can infiltrate the deviants," I said quietly. He nodded. Hank looked to us and nodded before going to assault Perkins. Connor went towards evidence I ran into the undercover room.

They make DMV grade fake licenses for undercovers. I saw John's. I made two, one for myself and I morphed my torso to replicate Connor's appearance perfectly. I made one for him as well. I put in Anderson for the last name as something that would be easy to remember. I grabbed a change of clothes for both of us and stuffed it in the bag I found. I grabbed it and swiftly walked to the evidence room. "Hi Gavin," I said confused. He was headed towards Connor and Hank was still harassing Perkins. Connor walked out. "Where are you two going," Gavin asked. "Back to Cyberlife," I said as if it were obvious. We walked out and once outside we swiftly hailed a taxi. I had it stop at town before a check point. "Why are we stopped," Connor asked. "We need to blend in. They're issuing checkpoints so we need to pretend to be human until we reach Jericho," I explained as we neared an abandoned service station I took a flat head screwdriver and walked to the girl's room shoving his clothes at him. I pried off my LED and changed walking back out. "Take that thing out," I said pointing to his LED. "No," he replied defensively. "At least fucking cover it," I replied handing him a hat. He grit his teeth and sighed doing as I said.

I pulled out the IDs. "Fake IDs are illegal," Connor protested. "We're going undercover. This is for undercover officers. John had a ton a ton of them in his desk. If we're stopped at a checkpoint we're married and headed back to our son in Ferndale from work. He has a 102 fever and the babysitter rushed home after getting freaked out by the androids leaving him alone," I said. He nodded. "What if they ask about his name," Connor asked. "I don't know make something up," I replied. "Thank you," Connor said. "It's no problem," I said and cleared my throat getting ready to go. We started walking and I saw a check point. I moved closer to Connor using information of couples and relationships I had in my programming. "You okay," Connor asked.
