I got a call from Chris. "Hey this is Alessa," I answered. "Al, he won't talk to us. John is insisting on only speaking to you," Chris said. "I'm on the field right now," I replied. "I know but we need to het as much out of him as possible and you're the only one he'll talk to," Chris pleaded. "Alright. I'll head over only if you have somewhere secure I can keep Markus and North. I still to speak with and fill them in. "Yeah sure I can work that out right now," he replied. "Alright see you in a bit," I replied. I felt a bit drained. I was dreading going back. "Who was that," Hank asked. "It was Chris. He said John is refusing to speak to anyone but me," I explained. "What about Markus and North," Connor asked. "Chris is setting up somewhere safe for them in the precinct I'm going to need you to keep an eye on them until I can join the three of you again," I said. "You sire you want to do this," Hank asked concerned. "I have to. We need to take down cyberlife or this will never end," I pointed out. "That boy's put you through enough. I'm sure we could get the information anoth-," Hank protested. "It's fine Hank. I'll be okay," I reassured. "I can stay with you," Connor offered. "I need you to keep Markus and North safe. I can do this," I protested. They reluctantly nodded. We headed back.

I walked in and Connor broke off with Markus, North, and Chris. Hank walked with me and separated at the observation room. I walked into the interrogation room. My heart felt heavy as I sat before John. I looked over the file and we sat in silence. He seemed tense. I let the silence sit for a moment longer before asking, "Why only me?" "I'm sorry Ally. You're more than what they drilled into my head. I still remember meeting you in Ashlynn's apartment, you were so robotic. Those early memories kept being used against me. I almost forgot how human you are. Seeing that I hurt you it reminded me of that," he said. I held back tears, "I want to believe you. I also know you were the best under cover detective. John if this isn't sincere cut the shit. I'm so emotionally drained I don't need this. Please just let me do my job," I begged. "I mean every word of this. I'll tell you everything I know," he pressed. "Okay," I said and looked to the one way mirror, "Hank make sure this is recording."

I looked back to John, "Start from the beginning. Just tell me everything. What they showed you, did to you, just everything." He nodded. He shared how they kept him in a half conscious state as they told him all the things I had done. They had basically brainwashed him. They made him feel indebted to him and started training him. They made him think it was his idea and suddenly he was more of an android than most androids. He eventually set up to come kill Hank and that's where we are now. "Ally," he said as I stood up. I looked over to him. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry," he apologized. "I'll see what I can do about your charges. Until then you're staying in holding," I said walking to the door. "Thank you," he said. I just walked out the door. I tried to keep myself together. "Awww is the little robot girl sad," Gavin teased. "Do you ever stop being a douche tard," I asked and walked to the other room.

"You okay," Connor asked. I nodded and Hank walked in. "You did it kid," he said. I just gave a small smile back. I'm still missing so much memory. I looked through.
Uncorruption locations remaining:
Ashboro
Cyberlife
Ferndale
Jericho, my old department, and Cyberlife. One of those is a death sentence. How did they find me the first time? "I need to go look into something," I spoke up. They looked at me confused. "Alone," I said. "Alessa it's too dangerous to go alone," Connor argued. "I can't take anyone out into the open that's too dangerous," I argued. "I'm going to go discuss Raef's status with Fowler, but I'm going to head out on my own," I added. "I'm going with you," Connor said. "Absolutely not," I replied. "Not asking for permission," he replied and walked out to the door. I looked at Hank and he just shook his head to say don't ask him. I walked up to Jeff's officer with Connor close behind. "Can we get Raef out these charges? He gave us everything on Cyberlife and didn't actually hurt anyone," I asked. "Alessa," Fowler started. "He wasn't himself others have walked on less," I pleaded. "I'll see what I can do," Fowler said. I nodded. "I need to go to Ferndale and Ashboro to look into this case further," I added. "Why," he asked suspiciously. "I think Cyberlife may have some other targets or at the very least there might be some more evidence against them there. I'm sure of it," I insisted. "Hank has to stay with Markus and North," Fowler said. "That's absolutely fine," I replied. "I'll see if I can get you a court order to search the areas don't go until I give it to you," Fowler insisted. I nodded and walked out with Connor after thanking Fowler.
