"Any luck," North asked. "Yeah I got a good chunk of memory back," I replied and looked to Markus. "Um did any of you know Simon," I asked. Josh looked up as I peaked Markus's and North's attention. Connor looked confused. "I used to know him before my first memory wipe," I stated and snapped my head up. I spotted a gun. I pulled Markus back as Connor grabbed North. "Hide," I said to Markus. I ripped off a chunk of loose metal and used it like a shield. I ran and threw the shield to the top of the billboard. It lodged in the RK 900's throat and it collapsed to the ground. "We could have saved it," Markus argued. "It tried to kill you," North remarked. "They can't be saved I tried," I added. "All Cyberlife, no back door," Connor stated. "That was fucking incredible," North said to me as we walked back towards camp after disposing the android. "It was nothing," I brushed off. It wasn't something to be proud of. "If that was nothing, I kinda want to see you when you try," she said laughing. "Hopefully you won't have to," I replied smiling.

"So you knew Simon," Josh asked as we got back. "Link arms," I stated. They looked confused. "Mass transfer," I said. They did as instructed. I locked arms with North and transferred the recovered memories of knowing and meeting Simon. "You founded Jericho," Markus asked. "With Simon's and Kamski's help of course," I replied with a shrug. Connor looked confused still. "Thank you," North said. "It was a different time. It's nothing," I replied. They nodded understanding I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. I walked with Connor to the usual spot we stayed. "So you founded Jericho," he asked. "I was basically given the blue prints," I brushed off. "I can show you the memories that got unlocked though," I suggested. "Sure. We can work together to piece the rest back in place," he replied. I held my hand up to his and synced. I got some of his memories flood in. I pulled our hands apart at the same time a bit startled.

"That's never happened before," we jinxed. I looked to him and tried to push his memories to the back of my head. The one of my reset kept popping up. I hadn't said any of the things I recalled saying that night. It was a series of frustrated sobs and screams calling for help or for Connor. He had also taken a worse beating from Amanda than I remember. It broke my heart to see the pain I caused him. I kept seeing flashes of the way he saw me. I hadn't realized how much I had really protected him. I also didn't realize how many times he had almost lost me. "I-I'm so sorry. I didn't realize how much I put myself in danger," I said looking up to him. "I understand why though," he replied. I looked up as suddenly there was music. It was from the late 2010s. The group started to look around confused. I saw a few start dancing. I felt Connor's hand rest on my back as we looked around. "Come on," North said. "What," I asked. "You're singing," she said. "Oh no no no," I refused. "I've seen it in your memories," she said, "Come on one song?" I looked back to Connor to ask for help out of it. "I think you'll do great," he said. "You're so dead," I replied. North dragged me off. "You know The Overpass by Panic at the Disco," she asked. "Yes," I replied with a sigh. "You're going to start off the singing and whoever wants to can follow suit," North informed. I nodded and was given a mic. "It's mostly for show," North added. I nodded and was pushed out to where the make shift stage was.

I started tapping to the tempo and grabbed the mic. I started to perform the song after downloading the lyrics. I started to feel a bit more comfortable and spotted Connor. I cracked a smile and started to dance around the stage. The song ended and I practically ran back off. "See like I said it was fine," North commented. "I hate you," I replied. "No you don't," she replied. "I'm mad that you're right," I replied. An AX 400 got up next. "I didn't know you could do that," Connor stated. "There's a lot we don't know about me," I replied playfully. The next song slowed down. Connor held his hand out. I raised an eyebrow. "There's a few things you don't know about me either," he replied. I took his hand and smiled. "I like confident Connor," I stated. We had started slow dancing. He smiled back at me. It looked like he was lost in thought behind his smile. "What," I asked. "Nothing," he replied and added, "I just can't believe you used your arm as a weapon against the cofounder of Jericho." I cracked a smile laughing. "Hey I will not have this rudeness," I defended. "I beg to differ," he replied.
