Confirmed Direction

As I journey through this life
I realise now looking back
That You, my Lord, were there always
And because of Your faithfulness, I had no lack
There were times where I was uncertain
Though I had heard clearly earlier
The turmoil clouded my vision
And I was almost distracted into failure
Even so, Your Eye was upon me
And Your Hand never left me
You gave me confirmation after confirmation
Through those around me for affirmation
I gladly praise You and rejoice now to see
That at my lowest point
You have again brought me to see
That where I am headed is directly where You point
