As I was about to sleep
I saw a vivid vision
Of a man in a deep
Muddy situation
Desperately trying
To climb out
But he kept sinking
Deeper down
The safety instructions
He did not follow
Now his pride
He had to swallow
It appears that this
Is a safety warning
Whoever has ears
Please heed this loving warning
No one can be safe
Without God's forgiveness
We can only be saved
By the Blood of Jesus
