To take back what was yours.
Reformation:
To correct for growth.
Regeneration not Rebirth.
Reach inside yourself.
That's how it should go.
We all have the ability to grow.
An extension of yourself from yourself.
Like mitosis and meiosis.
A process for growth of oneself.
