FATE, THE MAGPIE AND THE BLUEBIRD

A lover of the sky,

And a lover of the sea,

Fell in love by my hand,

Upon hearing many plea.

There was a plea for help,

There was a plea to be saved,

So I offered my solution,

In their hearts I did engrave.

But my kin does not play fairly,

And Death felt so inclined,

The lover of the sky was taken,

Swallowed up by Time.

Your souls and hearts ached,

More than I could know,

They reminded me of Turtle Doves

Who when split are full of woe.

The two of you were soulmates,

Bound by Fate's law,

So I will play my hand again,

Death's cold heart I will thaw.

I will reincarnate what you lost,

What the sea lover craves,

So in the future you may find each other,

With your hearts still engraved.

Until then, I am sorry,

There is nothing more I can do,

For a Truelove of Turtle Doves

Find it hard to say Adieu.
