Chapter.28. The Meet Up

Friday March 8th,  2017 

Noel's POV

Today is the day of the meet up between Marcus and The killer. Right now me Marcus and my dad are going over the final steps for tonight we want everything to be in order to make sure everything goes as planned. My dads long time friends the two men that i grew up calling my uncles are big parts in our plan they have agreed to everything and are more then willing to help.

Francesco Romano the man i grew up calling 'Uncle Frank' is head of one of the biggest Italian mafias and has the most drug production factories all through out Italy.

Samuel Rodriguez the man i grew up calling 'Uncle Sam' is a Hispanic Canadian who has the most illegal weapon production all through Canada and is the riches man in Canada.

Both of these man aren't just criminals they both are two of the biggest business men in the world and have huge companies covering up everything they do that isn't so legal.

One thing i wonder is why my dad isn't he a millionaire like his close friends and when i asked him he said he chose family over the money and illegal business, and i realized something about these men is they didn't have families neither of them had wives or children to go home too. They chose money even though they both could have children and a wife they chose not to to avoiding putting people they loved in harms way because of the enemies they had made. The two man had chosen the one thing my dad didn't money and power, instead my amazing father chose love, his wife, and his child. 

A few hours later, same POV

Now i'm in the home office on my computer setting up the tracker on Marcus's phone GPS before he leaves. I learned how to do a lot the computer stuff in computer club at school the teacher taught us how to tract ourselves but we all ended up figuring out we can tract anyone's phone with the right information. So i know that once Marcus Shuts down his phone the signal will end and i'll get his final location. 

Marcus's POV

Noel just hooked up my phones GPS to her computers tracking system, were getting my last destination so she knows where to send the police if anything goes wrong, she's also going to connect her computer to cameras in the area in case we need a visual, hopeful its not very hidden and there cameras next door or across the street. When we were coming up with a way to safely getting the meeting done we thought we would be able to use the meet up as enough evidence to get the killer arrested but nothing illegal would be happening and working with the police could only put my family in harms way the police wouldn't be able to protect us from the gang some of them are in the gang. The only reason shes sending them there is for a 'missing persons' report if i don't get back by 1 am. 

Once everything is connected we head down stairs, everyone was staying here tonight so everyone could be together when i got back.  i hug Mama and Ms. C and Cece, the i shake hands with Mr.T and hug my brother then me and Noel walk outside to my truck. 

"Everything is gonna be fine, remember to be confident but not cocky they smell fear and don't like disrespect " Noel says when we stand at the drivers door, i nod my head and pull her into a hug.

"I lo-" i began to say before she cut me off.

"NO, you don't get to say that to me now, you can say it when you come back to me tonight" she said shaking her head.

We shared a look and shared our feelings through it, she nodded her head with a smile and wrapped her arms around my neck pulling me down into a kiss.

We kissed for a minute sharing all the passion we could muster in that moment, not wanting to let each other go. When the kiss broke we held each other a little longer.
