Yesterday my dad and I did the Glow In The Park 5k in Saint Louis and it was literally so much fun og my gosh.
There was spray glow in the dark paint (which felt amazing because it was cold and it was SO HUMID), glow in the dark color powder, and foam. The foam was my favorite because it was so cool on my sweaty shins.
The worst thing was the race ended up this humongous hill and I was so exhausted I thought I was going to pass out and my dad told me "You can slow down just never quit" which is the most amazing quote I've ever heard and applies to life so well. And I ran the whole hill and now I'm so proud of myself.
