Nothing Will Break Us

How It Began

Ming and Kit have been together for over a year now, having gotten together one month after last years Star and Moon competition and they couldn't be happier. Ming was such a kind, caring, thoughtful boyfriend and Kit loved that about him. Kit was a little different. Yes he loved Ming more than anything but he found it difficult to show his affections publicly. There were occasions where Ming would get a little jealous or over protective but they were becoming fewer and farther between as their love and trust with one another grew more each day. Kit was still the grumpy kitten that Ming had fallen in love with so long ago but he was starting to slowly break out of his shell. It was as if these two were made for each other. What ever life seemed to throw their way Ming and Kit always managed to pull through and become stronger. 

Today was like any other day. Ming was currently in a 2 hour engineering lecture for one of his units, sitting there daydreaming about his sweet yet grumpy kitten. They were going on a date later that afternoon and Ming couldn't wipe the smile off his face all day. Ming was currently in his second year at university and although the workload was hard he wouldn't trade it for anything. Without this course he wouldn't of met his beloved Kit. Kit was currently a 3rd year medical student and like Ming the workload was hard but he was passionate about becoming a doctor. Ever since he was a kid Kit felt like he was meant to save people's lives and what better way than to become a doctor he thought to himself.

Kit had no classes today as his fellow professors were off at a conference at another university. So while Ming was laid up in classes all day Kit decided to head to the gym. It had been awhile since he last stepped into that place and although he wasn't fat he felt like he could lose a pound or two. Ming always told Kit he would love him no matter his size but Kit was a little self-conscious and decided to go back to the gym on a regular basis. Kit only stopped going because Ming got jealous of Kit being alone with so many other guys around him. He was still unaware of the effect he could have with other men. Some guys would just stare at Kit for ages as he worked out, watching the sweat fall from his cute face. Despite Kit's constant objections, he was in fact a very cute guy and many others wished they were lucky enough to have him. Hence why Ming disliked Kit going to the gym, especially alone. 

Kit was just about to open the gym door when a young man "accidentally" bumped into Kit. The young man quickly apologised to Kit "Sorry about that. I didn't see you." "That's ok, it's no big deal" Kit replied before opening the door in front of him. "Hey, what's your name? My name's Kaden" he spoke as he offered his hand out. Kit gave a quick handshake replying "Kit." "Well nice to meet you Kit. Haven't seen you around here before." Kit didn't know what to say. Here he was talking to a complete stranger. If Ming was here he would get an earful "Well I haven't been in awhile. Just getting back into the swing of things" he said awkwardly, hoping this conversation was over soon. He couldn't put his finger on it but something seemed off with Kaden. "Well I must be going. See you" Kit said before entering the gym, glad to be away from this Kaden fellow. Kit then put his stuff in a locker before heading out to do an intense workout, completely unaware of the young man that was constantly following him, no matter where he went.

Kaden was a fellow university student like Kit and Ming, he was studying in the science facility like Yo but was in the same year as Kit. He had seen Kit around some of the campuses over the last few months and had seemingly fallen head over heels for the guy. Kit was utter perfection he thought. He was fully aware of Kit's relationship with Ming, even a blind man could see it. They were so in love and it made him sick to his stomach. He felt like Kit belonged to him and he would do anything to make that happen.  Kaden had never approached Kit until today since Kit was always surrounded by his friends or his boyfriend and any time he saw Kit he would get so nervous that he would start to sweat. Today however he decided to take a risk and introduce himself. He figured if he slowly wormed his way into Kit's life he could then worm his way into his heart.

Kit had spent the next 2 hours at the gym before heading home to freshen up for his date with Ming later that afternoon. Ming however was forced to stay back at university for half an hour to talk to his professor, so he texted Kit explaining why he would be a little late and that he didn't need to rush. Ming's professor was so impressed with his work that he wanted Ming to represent the university in an engineering competition, competing against some of the best students from other universities. It was going to be a lot of work and Ming told the professor he would get back to him tomorrow about it. He wouldn't take on such a task without talking to Kit first. They already struggled to find time together and this project would make it even harder. He then texted Kit telling him he was on his way home and would be there to pick him up in 45 minutes.

Upon receiving the text from Ming Kit started to get himself ready. Kit grabbed a fresh towel and the clothes he planned to wear for the date and headed to his bathroom. He was so engrossed in his task that he failed to shut his bathroom door completely. While Kit was busy in the shower he was unaware of the stranger entering his room (Kit had the bad habit of forgetting to lock his door). The stranger silently crept up to the bathroom and stopped upon seeing Kit's naked flesh. The stranger couldn't stop staring at this beautiful specimen in front of him. Kit was like an angel sent from heaven. The stranger then took out his phone and began to take naked pictures of Kit, making sure to get every inch of him. When the stranger was satisfied he quietly left the room, leaving Kit completely unaware of this intrusion. Kit went about, continuing to get ready for his date. Neither Ming or Kit knew what was heading their way.
