*The last day of school*
I am so ready for today! Jumping out of the shower, I wrap a towel around my body and head to my room. Looking through my closet I grab my blue skinny jeans, and my purple "Happy Thoughts" cropped tee. I picked out my checkered vans, and curled my hair. These last few weeks I've been feeling great. I've forgiven Shane, and Brooke. I'm not friends with Brooke, since we both think it's what's best, but what can you do.
Starting on the my second layer of hair I almost burn myself when someone knocks on my door, "Come in!" Shane opens the door, and asks if I'm riding with him today, "Uh, yeah I'm almost done." He nods and tells me I've got five minutes. I finish curling my hair, grab my phone, and my bag then finally head down to his car.
As I shut his car door, I receive a text from Ryan.

He's so cute.

I'm good, annoyed since you get out of school before I do. but it's whatever I guess.

Shane and I get out of the car, and start walking up to the school, "Well, lets go, meet you here after school and we can go for some snow-cones?" I nod, and head to class.
Class was boring obviously, but luckily it's time for lunch. I grab a baked potato and go sit with Shane and Lydia. For the duration of lunch we just make plans to hangout soon. "So Addie.. You and Ryan plan on meeting this summer?" Feeling myself blush I nod, "He's gotten two jobs just to get the money to come see me." I can barely hear Lydia's "Awweee" when the bell rings.
Classes go by as a blur until the end of the day, and school is finally out! Shane and I meet at the his car, and head home, after getting snow-cones.
*Few weeks later*

Shane and Addison's parents canceled their engagement and Shane and his dad moved out. Luckily for Addison, she still had her bestfriend, Shane.
Addison and Ryan have started to feel a strain in their relationship once school finished. Ryan has started working a third job, causing stress on him and Addison, just to come down to see her, while Addison's depression starts becoming worse and worse. They started talking about communicating a little better. So they did. So much Addison believed they were getting better. So much that she was starting to feel better and talked about her problems instead of bottling up. She was absolutely happy.

Addison and I were playing against each other in Mortal Kombat, and ofcourse she beat me. Again. "Ugh, well before I let you beat me again because I'm the bestest friend you'll ever have, I am going to get something to drink, want anything?" She laughed, "You let me win, that's funny. When will you accept the fact I am just better than you. Also, Dr. Pepper please!" Laughing, I shake my head and grab two Dr. Peppers.
"So do you wanna continue playing this or maybe somethig else like 7 Da- ...Addie?" I walk back to the living room to see Addison in shock, I sit beside her asking what's wrong. "I.. Just.. Here read this. I uhm - I gotta go u-upstairs for something." I look at her confused but take her phone and read what she showed me..

I'm sorry I'm bringing this up, and for hurting you and I've rambled on for too long.. So I'm just going to say it...
