Consider

"So, how are we going to start the Aldea Hermosa Project?"

My brother, Tristan, was very interested on how to defy me. Days ago, the old man who happens to be my biological father and the owner of Montenegro Empire wants to push the said project and I'd be the one to spearhead everything. The first thing that I need to be done in this project was to plan everything, smoothly, first. From the materials that we will be using, down to landscaping and all.

Right now, I have our accredited contractor which is HCTC so I didn't find any difficulty. But yeah, there are still some things that needs to be considered.

"I am still considering the place since it is located in Maestranza," I tried myself to keep my tone professional even though I want to kick this asshat outside of this office. There's no room for my annoyance to this jerk.

"Consideration?" I heard the tone of sarcasm in his voice. "We are planning to have an executive village, Sir Travis. Why thinking of other resorts?"

Napatingin na sa akin ang lahat. Even Natalie glanced at me, without a worrying face. At least, he has a point. But knowing the place is sub-urban...

"We should consider also the place, Sir Tristan."

My face turned to Aya who was seated beside me. Her semi-monolid eyes looked stern. "I've reviewed the place and since that Maestranza lies between Alabang and Cavite, the rural side of the place is still visible. I don't want to talk in marketing perspective since that is not in line with my job, but I guess, let us, too, consider the people and the community, so we could attract more customers, right?"

My lips slowly curved upward by hearing Aya's stand. This girl is very... very intelligent. That is what I'm thinking earlier since that would be also our marketing strategy to our clients.

My eyes darted now to Tristan again. "So, is there any concern on my consideration, Mr. Tristan?"

His lips pursed in thin as his jaw clenched. His face darkened He looked so annoyed again. "Nothing," he scowled under his breathe.

"So, if there's no other concern, this meeting is adjourned," I said my final remark.

Nag-umpisa nang umalis ang lahat ng miyembro ng board ngunit mabilis kong tinawag si Aya, who is currently wearing her black suit and brown raffled polka dots blouse. With her timid stance, she rushed walking herself towards me. Her white cheeks became rosy-pink as she approached me.

"Y-Yes, Sir?" kabado niyang tanong.

A smile broke across my lips as I tapped her shoulder in a friendly way. "That was very intelligent of you, Aya. How did you know the possibility that I might use that strategy?"

She looked so surprise, then she lowered her gaze in shyness. "Uhm, actually, Sir, alam ko na po kasi na maiisip n'yo iyon. Kung tutuusin po kasi, maganda po na pagtayuan ng houses ang Maestranza since siya po iyong gitna ng Cavite at Alabang. I know that there are lot of people who will be interested to own our house. But of course, that would only goes if the houses are cheaper and affordable."

The whole time I was listening on her, I couldn't help myself but to be amazed. She screamed of intelligence and maturity towards work. She can be reliable and dependable, too.

I tapped again her shoulder but she got... flushed?

"T-thank you, Sir..." she muttered.

We just stopped on our tracks when I heard someone who's coughing. And there she was, my prinsesa, Natalie, standing in our front with her eyes devoid and indifferent.
