Part 25

Daenerys found herself sat alone overthinking like she has been for the last 3 weeks since Sam told them it would be twins she was happy of course what mother wouldn't be but yet she was nervous scared even, Jon had been so busy in the last few weeks taking over from her duties so that she would have 'nothing' to worry about, but she found herself worry about everything when she sat doing nothing and feeling useless Rhaella was currently with Sansa she had ask if they could go into the city with guards of course to go to a doll makers Sansa had mentioned that her father got her a doll from there when they where in kings landing although she was far to old for it she knew looking back now he was desperately trying with her.

Someone knocked on the door and Missandei entered with a smile on her
face Daenerys looked at her "I wondered where you went to I also noticed when I went over to get a book Gray Worm was by the door it was another unsullied. Many things?" Smirked Daenerys she watch Missandei as she blushed struggling for her next words Daenerys Laughed "will you please run me a bath" Said Daenerys much to Missandei relief there would be no more about her and Grey Worm. "Of course your grace" she said before disappearing the door flung open "Mama look, it's a queen like you" said Rhaella as she ran in her arms out showing off her doll "let me see" Smiled Daenerys as she took the
doll for a second "no she isn't a queen she a princess like you, have we thanked aunt Sansa? " as she gave it back "Thank you aunt Sansa!" Said Rhaella as she looked to Sansa sitting opposite her mother, then
she looked back to her mother "How are they mama?" Asked Rhaella as her hands went to her mothers stomach "they are fine moving lots!" Smiled dany "they better not be girls" huffed Rhaella as she sat on
the floor next to ghost "wouldn't you like sisters or a sister it
could be a boy and a girl" Said Sansa "no I'm the princess" snapped back Rhaella she was definitely developing her mother fiery temper
"Ella! Your always be the oldest and the next queen!" Said Daenerys "What! Even if one or both is a boy Rhaella will be first in line"
Said dany, Sansa she sounded shocked and confused "well I wouldn't think
anything else why should she be pushed to the back because her younger
siblings are boys?" Said Daenerys "I think it's right but have you told Tyrion or even Jon that?" Asked Sansa "well no, but surely they not think, Jon? He would want Ella to be queen" Said Daenerys her voice turning quieter as she finished Sansa suddenly felt awkward with the whole situation "well I'm sure he does, I best be going I probably
be taking Ned of Arya for a while!" Said Sansa "of course thank you for taking and looking after Rhaella" Smiled Daenerys she went to
stand to see her out her water breaking in the process "Daenerys!" Called Sansa as she instantly got hold of her "your grace?" Said
missandei as she cane fly around the doorway "I'm fine" Said Daenerys
"just help me to the bed" she finished with a smile to reassure them "Rhaella come with me to find your papa" Said Sansa after helping
Daenerys "Lady Sansa Gray worm is the Guard on duty, if you please ask him to get sam and the master on your way out" Said Missandei Rhaella let go of Sansa hand running towards her mother in the bed "I want to
stay here with mama" said Rhaella as she sat on the end of the bed "darling you don't what to stay here go find papa then aunt Arya and
Ned and show them your new doll " Said Daenerys who was trying not to show her daughter the discomfort she was in Rhaella was picked up by Sansa "next time you see your mother your be a big sister" Smiled
Sansa. With that Daenerys suddenly was terrified at the thought of not making it and never seeing her daughter again and leaving her motherless. "Ella, quickly give your mama a hug" Said Daenerys Sansa
looked slightly confused but placed her on her bed "I love you sooo much not ever forget that." Whispered Daenerys as Rhaella held on to her mother "I love you mama" she whispered back no one else hearing
the two of them. Daenerys nodded to Sansa to take her back.

As Sansa and Rhaella left the room Missandei sat next to Daenerys "You're so lucky to have a family" Said Missandei her voice very much
full of sadness Daenerys looked to her a bit confused wondering where that comment came from she knew indeed she was lucky considering everything but it was also an option for her.... suddenly it hit Daenerys that it wasn't she was with grey worm who was unable to and that wasn't debatable, Daenerys didn't know what to say next "I've
never wanted one before but now with grey worm we are so happy that I think I child would complete us but it will never happen" Missandei there where a few moments of silence Daenerys was thinking and
definitely helping her stop herself from thinking about what could go wrong today "Missandei there's thousands of fatherless and motherless children in this city alone you could always go to a orphanage they
may not be your own blood but a child that you can love all the same"
Said Daenerys,Missandei face lit of at the prospect "I never thought of that your grace but what about my duty's I would then have a child to look after it wouldn't be practical" replied Missandei "they can
grow up with Rhaella and these two in the royal nursery" Said Daenerys as she began to breath heavily for a second. "This is probably the best time to talk about it you're grace let's get you ready" said Missandei giving her a hand to stand to get her out of the dress she
was wearing.

Hours passed and no one could find Jon in the keep, til a stable boy told a guard he ask for a horse to go for a ride 3 hours ago with that
the guards were leaving on horseback to find him.

"Thank you Grey Worm" Said Tyrion as he shut the door and turned back
to face Daenerys "The king went for a ride he hadn't been seen since, he did leave the Throne room angry saying he needed a moments to think "I'm going to kill him" Said Daenerys through the pain Tyrion didn't
say anything just disappeared out the door. "He be here in a minute" Said Sam trying his very best to keep her in a good mood "you've all been saying that for hours, what in seven hells is he doing he never just goes for a ride" she snapped angrily stopping anyone from saying anymore.

The guards had found Jon in a the kings wood he was sitting alone by a small stream once five had told him he had rode hard back to the keep he was currently running up the stairs to there chambers he was getting closer and he could hear Daenerys screams he went to push the door open when he heard the newborn's cries he quickly pushed the door open "dany" he smiled as he entered she gave him the well deserved look "I'm so sorry my love" he cried as he walked to her side Daenerys
grabbed Jon's hand squeezing it as she moaned through the pain her eyes not stopped watching the baby in the midwife's arms after quickly throwing Jon a angry look "you have a son" said the women softly "and
another girl or boy again coming" Said sam calmly "Thank you" whispered Jon to Daenerys she smiled slightly "I've never been so angry with you than the past couple of hours" Said Daenerys "Aye but you love me so you can't be angry forever" Said Jon as he used his free hand to move the hair of her face "this hurts more than Ella" she
screamed Jon could see she was struggling more she had already given him a son today just was just about to speak when Daenerys screamed again. Daenerys flew up right when she didn't hear what every mother
what's to hear a cry "Sam why isn't he crying?" Asked Jon, Daenerys
looked to him as she saw the tears building in his eyes "give him a second" Said sam Jon was terrified when he heard the panic in his
voice Daenerys was slightly shaking the midwife came over passing Daenerys there first born son who was sleeping soundly Dany kissed the top of the boys head "this ones Robb" she said to Jon so quietly that words almost didn't leave her mouth she then passed him quickly to Jon "Samwell let me hold them" Said Daenerys weakly "two boys" said sam as
he placed him in her arms within seconds of being in Daenerys arms the boy cried as he struggled to take the first breaths Jon let out a big sigh of relief "Thank the gods! we have two sons" Said Jon he looked to Daenerys who was began to fade away "Sam! What's happening" Said Jon as he saw the bed shits turn red along with the bottom half
of his wife's dress "no please help her" Said Jon as he got up before he knew it Robb had been taking out of his arms and he was being push out the door by the one of the masters.

Jon sat outside the door for what felt like hours trying to hold himself together at the fear of losing Daenerys he knew he would have to keep going for their children but he didn't know how he would face
the future without her. The door open and sam was covered in blood
"she's still breathing I believe she's going to make it she's a fighter is our Queen" Said Sam he sounded exhausted. Jon quickly hug
the man he loved as much as a brother "Thank you" said Jon as he did so. He quickly entered the room he stopped at the crib at the end of
the bed,looking down at his sleeping sons one had his raven hair while the other was light hair like his mother and sister. Once again Jon felt a unconditional love for them both he bent down kissing the top of their heads "double trouble" Whispered Jon smiling thinking of them older and getting in trouble together just like him and Robb did.

He sat he the chair by Daenerys almost lifeless body he place one hand
over her heart and could feel the weak beats of her heart he Let out a sigh of relief he didn't know he was holding "Please come back to me,I need you" he whispered as he kissed her cheek.The baby's began to cry "they will need feeding" Said sam as he picked one up passing them to the wet nurse "No Daenerys will want to feed them" Said Jon his voice full of sadness and he stumbled on the words between his crying "My king the queen isn't even awake let alone strong enough to feed twins" Said one of the wet nurses "But..." Jon began "Jon focus on
Daenerys waking your boys will be looked after" Said Sam Jon nodded in defeat knowing Daenerys will feel she had failed not feeding them herself. "Sam will she wake?" Asked Jon "I believe so she's a fighter" Said sam. Before Jon knew it Jon was alone sat next to his wife,
everyone had left for some much need rest after the day they had.
