After breakfast finished, Mitch invites Kirstie and Kevin over so they can see Scott. Kirstie and Kevin have been Mitch and Scott's best friends since they were little. They were choir nerds too.

Scott is nervous about seeing them, he hopes they understand about him not remembering them.

Mitch hesitates before finally opening the door, smiling a little when he sees Kirstie and Kevin.

Kirstie squeals before rushing inside. "Where is he? I've been so excited to see him again! I almost couldn't believe it when we saw him on the news. They said he was found and brought home," she says.

"Yeah, but... Kirstie, listen to me," Mitch says, before allowing Kevin into the house and shutting the door. "Scott's not the same person we knew when we were teenagers. He's different."

"Of course," Kevin nods. "I can't imagine the horrible things he had to go through all these years."

"That's not the worst part," Mitch sighs. "Those Alphas... they messed with his brain somewhat. They totally changed him. They made him think that he was an Omega rather than an Alpha. He-He doesn't remember a lot of people, including us. He remembers his parents, but that's it."

"What do you mean... he doesn't remember us?" Kirstie asks quietly, her mood instantly changing.

"I mean just that. Scott doesn't remember me, and he doesn't remember either of you two. So, please don't be upset around him. I know it hurts, trust me... I'm hurt too. But, he wants to remember us, and that's all that matters. So, we have to take our time and help him remember," Mitch says.

"You mean, those Alphas... they hijacked his memories or something?" Kevin asks, frowning.

"We don't know what they did to him. Scott's been through a lot, so... obviously some parts of his life would have been forgotten about anyways. Six years of abuse is a lot to go through," Mitch says.

"Well, we're just excited to see Scott either way, even if he doesn't remember us," Kevin smiles.

"Exactly. We're so glad Scott's home safe," Kirstie adds, before following Mitch into the living room, where Scott is patiently waiting for them, though he's not paying attention to them when they walk in.

"Scotty?" Mitch asks as he walks into the living room with Kirstie and Kevin.

Scott jumps at the sudden voice. He starts shaking, but quickly relaxes once he realizes that it's Mitch.

"Where did you get this?" Mitch asks once he realizes Scott has a photo album in his lap.

"M-Mom was telling me about ph-photo albums yesterday that would help with my memory. I'm so sorry. Will she be mad at me? I'll put them back!" Scott slams the photo album shut.

"No, it's totally fine-" Mitch quickly assures him, rushing over to him. "She won't mind at all. We have the photo albums so that everyone can look at them, including you. Scott, our friends are here to say hi."

Scott looks over and sits up the second he sees Kirstie and Kevin standing behind Mitch.

"Scott, this is Kirstie and Kevin-" Mitch introduces as he points at the two. "They're our friends."

"Hi, Scott-" Kirstie smiles and walks over to him. "I'm so happy you're home safe. We were so worried!" She reaches over and hugs Scott, startling him slightly, before he relaxes and hugs him back.

"Yeah, we're really happy you're back home-" Kevin adds, nodding.

"Th-Thanks," Scott mumbles, his cheeks turning slightly red from blushing.
