Emily POV

It's been two weeks since they left with Newt and I'm going out of my mind from boredom. I've read every single book in my house at least twice now and I have nothing to do. I go on my computer to watch some tv but realize that I know all the characters.

Sam POV

Jo and I have gotten pretty close since Thomas, Brenda, Minho, Peter, and Jakie left. Emily has locked herself in her room again and only comes out for mealtimes. I don't push it, I know she's just missing my sister, but I think we should do something together. Just the four of us: Cas, me, Jo, and Emily.

I would suggest the bar, but we've been there and Emily's pregnant so that wouldn't be fun for all of us. We've watched lots of movies so that would be quiet boring. Maybe we could go on a road trip? But we don't want to miss them when they come back.

"Whatcha thinking about?" Jo asks from next to me on my bed looking at me with a concerned expression on her face.

"Just what we as a family can do," I reply and roll over giving her a peck on the lips. Since they left, Jo and I started dating, it's a bit quick but we've known each other since we were little and it just seems right.

I lay on my elbow with my hand propping my head up and look at her mesmerizing, chocolate brown eyes. "What were your ideas?" She inquires.

"The only ideas I had, not everyone would be happy with," I admit.

"Okay," She says rolling so she's laying on her stomach and draping her arm across my waist. "Well, what would make you happy?"

"Maybe we could go on a case? You know, just us two. Nobody else." I suggest and I smile.

"That sounds great," Jo agrees with a smile.

"Alright," I finalize and move her arm so it's on the comforter. I get up and get my duffel from the back of my closet. I get a couple of my plaid shirts and some t-shirts and jeans from my drawers and stuff them in the bag.

"Got everything?" She asks from behind me.

"Surely I'm forgetting something!" I exclaim still rifling through the drawers to find the missing items. I look behind and notice that she's got her hairbrush and our toothbrushes. "Thanks, sweetie."

"Yup... That's what I'm here for: to make sure you pack your things," She scoffs playfully.

"Sure," I said drawing out the word and she chuckles.

"We bringing Baby?" She asks referring to the Impala.

"Yeah. Why wouldn't we?" I retort.

"I dunno, just checking I guess," She replies with a shrug.

"Okay," I smile and give her a peck on the lips. We head downstairs and find Emily in the kitchen with a cup of coffee in hand. She has bags under her eyes from lack of sleep but looks at us with a smile nonetheless.

"Where are you guys going?" She asks cheerfully.

"We're gonna go on a hunting trip. I have a feeling you want to wait here for them to come back, right?" I wonder.

"Yeah, I'll call you if anything changes," She replies with a small grin and takes a sip of her coffee. "Just come back soon. Whatcha hunting?"

"I dunno yet. We'll find a case on the way," Jo replies turning around and leading us out the door and to the Impala.

"I'll drive!" I call and head to the driver's side as she heads to the passenger side.

"What kind of music should we listen to?" She asks fiddling with the radio.
