Emily POV

It's been the longest 5 months of my life, and it's been pretty boring too. Since Scott and Isaac left he started to come and check up on Jakie every week, but slowly moved the visiting time to once a month. Peter and Isaac still have a rough patch and Jakie gets irritated whenever Isaac, still unsuccessfully, tries to flirt with her. However, Scott and Peter are of course cool. It's a fine morning here is the Winchester household, "Time to get up! I'm making breakfast!" Jakie calls, disrupting me from my book.

"Coming!" I call, setting my book down and slowly getting off of my bed.

Getting up and about has been getting incredibly hard these past months because I'm getting so huge. "You good?" Sam asks, always looking out for me and the kids.

"I'll be fine," I huff, making my way downstairs and to the kitchen.

"What's for breakfast?" He asks, sitting down at the table across from me, and next to Jo.

"Eggs and hash browns," Jakie announces.

"Yes!" I cheer. I've been having a craving for hash browns in general, so she probably read my mind or something.

"How is everybody doing this fine morning?" She asks, and we all groan at how awake she is at this hour.

"Just fine," I mumbled, placing a hand on my stomach and feeling my babies kicking my hand as usual.

"How are the kids?" She inquires, being more specific.

Everybody's been really worried, as my due date looms closer with each passing day. To be completely honest, I'm scared out of my mind, but I keep a brave face for everyone else.

"Live and kicking. Literally... They've been kicking me nonstop and it's getting really uncomfortable!" I complain, stabbing my eggs with so much force, that I break the plate in two.

"Calm down," Jakie soothes, even though I can tell that she too is stressed.

"I am calm," I retort, cleaning up my mess and bringing it to the trash in the corner.

"Sure," She remarks sarcastically, before hissing in pain clamping her eyes shut looking as if she tasted a sour lemon.

"Jakie, you okay?" I ask caringly.

"Yup..." She winces, responding in a very high pitched voice. She shakes it off and runs upstairs mumbling something about going to wake up Peter under her breath. Once she gets back down with Peter it is obvious she is still in pain.

"You sure you don't want to sit down?" I inquire further, but one glance at her tells me otherwise.

"I'm fine," She snaps, straightening up and returning to her task of creating more plates for the others at the table.

"Okay, just please be honest with us..." I beg, and she nods her head.

Suddenly, I hear the doorbell ring. Weirdly enough, we don't have a doorbell, so I pass it off as some other house. Only to remember that we live in the secluded part of town with no neighbors. Now, I remember that we're in the 21st century and have phones that make weird noises, so someone must be making a doorbell noise.

"Maya," Jakie and I say simultaneously, and both get up from the table to answer the door.

"Hey! Come on in!" Jakie greets, opening it and standing back to let her through.

"Who's this?" Sam asks from behind me.

"One of Jakie childhood friends, Maya," I explain.

"Oh," He replies. "You two were quite social."
